it is absolutely better to have a higher rank so that your downline members will surely look up on you,and its easier to do the 'DUPLICATION' when your downline have trust on you...and i believe on the saying that EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST TEACHER...
Right said, I don't think personal rank in SFI is the most important thing. Yes, it will be shown under your name and so what? You're the person who will lead, not your rank. Yes, it will build respect for sure but other people have the same title. To gain trust you should share information, show care and concern,be open for questions or just to listen and do trainings for your team. They will see you are true leader and a friend they can rely on. I do it myself and my team want to know and learn more, they respect me more and they see they can trust me. This is the way and the people want to walk with you hand in hand to the road of Success. Yes, the process of gaining trust is really slow, but it is worth for me. I am happy when I see /or read/ the joy in my team and the fun they do things with SFI.Trust is the main key to Success.

Your work as a team Leader should be more participatory than directive, more enabling than performing. Thus, when your downline goes through your profile and see how high you have gone, they will believe that 'THIS MISSION IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE AFTER-ALL'. So do all you can to reach the peek in ranks with SFI so you can comfortably look back and ask your followers (downline) to 'COME FORWARD' knowing that until all of us have made it, none of us have made it.

Leading by example should be primary is guiding newbies. A leader needs to be sure HE is leading correctly. Sometimes we give answers that do no reflect what we actually do.
The Bible speaks about "Blind leaders leading the blind." Of course, that is referring
to people who think they know the WAY when they do not. It applies to business as well.
Some use money to gain position. "Them that HAS. GETS!" philosophy. Unfortunately, these leaders are not ones that are duplicatable. In the long run, it is a combination of forging ahead by wisdom,effort correctly applied---and making sure that we are not a LONE ranger. Caring for others as we move up the ladder of success oftimes gives the foundation for all to succeed together. My answer is yes, but not only that, moveing up in rank to executive afilliate or team leader will give you the confidence and knowledge to help and instruct your downline to duplicate yourself!
Trust from your down line Yes, but fueling growth depends on many factors. A more permanent growth is brought about by your ability to recruit PSA month after month. on monthly basis is your ability to sell items from Triple Clicks. But usually sales from TC will also come from your PSA. I hope every one who is reading this can see the real key for growth.
Absolutely! SFI is a business based on duplication. Show your downline how you improved your rank so they can follow. Once they see you moved up and hearing all the benefits that you have got from moving up in rankings then they will want to do the same.

When you show yor affiliates, both PSAs and CSAs that you are moving up the ranks and that you are a hard worker and that you lead by example and you help them by communicating effectively with them and help them by awarding them for their work and by helping them t achieve higher levels when things are going not so well in teir personal lives, financially and otherwise, you gain trust from them and they will follow your example. However, please remember that some affiliates, no matter what you do, just are not motivated and do not seem to care. That said, don't let that bother you.
