First I check to be sure they have whitelisted mail@sfimg in order to be contacted by email. If not then I proceed with the TM message through SFI as you know it will be delivered. Always as a first time contact I go through the SFI TM until they have have contacted me by personal email and or whitelisted. It is hard to get some of them to Whitelist. Always follow the Rules!

I use both when communicating with my downlines. A few of my downlines have responded through my personal email which is fantastic as I'm able to get the communication open and help them with issues that concern them especially in getting started.

Great answers everyone, my sentiments are in security. Using the SFI interface to email our members protects both parties. The nature of the internet is that our personal information must be secure. That also applies to communication. Using TM has the security measures put in place by SFI Corporate IT personnel. It is the most reliable and secure way to transmit messages through out a digital network. Plus we earn VP! A no Brainer!

Just like people are made DIFFERENT & "five fingers are not alike",
there are certain people who respond MOST POSITIVELY when you pick
up the phone and CALL THEM.

E-mailing individuals will be helpful when you want to address one
particular person from your team.
Even here, you can MARK A COPY of the e-mail to OTHER MEMBERS who
you think will "benefit by reading that particular mail".

I use my e SFI and tell them I need to understand and get a good deal, I get easy to contact me .. I also offer my gmail email, and if I see that they are connected the greeting, it's nice to feel that behind this organization are people .. and if you line up better .. everything successfully be copied for success.

Good question, for me personally both is important. Some of my PSAs and CSAs feel more comfortable with questions through direct e-mailing. Some of them do not have the courage yet to do so through SFI mailing. Once they feel more comfortable, SFI mailing is the way to go! Then they feel more secure. There is so much money-making schemes and frauds online, that sometimes direct personal e-mailing make them feel more at ease.

MMMM. Life experiences raises points to factor into answer this question.

1) The SFI emails are for SFI [besides the chance for Versa Points is always good].
2)What else is your outside SFI email account used for. Will an important SFI communication gt lost between the flows of family and other platform emails that stream in?

When you communicate with your affiliates on your e-mail that is privet, if you communicate inside SFI is known by the business and you get your benefits too, also you can make it thru GENEOLOGI

The SFI mailer is the best because you can address each team member by their first name. This is very powerful because it makes each affiliate feel special, which they are!
