Reaching out to your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. affiliate is not a bad idea but it will make you not able to train your PSAs properly. You can send a weekly message to all of your generations, but you should concentrate on training your PSAs to train others. This what is popularly referred to as training the trainers.

We should not be selfish or lazy. All it takes is a click of the mouse to send an e-mail to your entire downline. This is a business and everyone succeeds through everyones hard work, so you should be contacting everyone in your downline, regardless of the generation.

Yes, reach out to all of the affiliates in your downline so they can see the support from you and see you as the example if their sponsor is not active their success is yours .While, doing that you will help duplicate your self and build a great team .

most defantly you should help all in your down line even your CSA they all make your comisions. its a gamble if you dont you could loose them but you could lose them if you send to much mail. I receved a mesage from a CSA saying they dont have enough money to build their buisness so i sent them some pdf files from when SFI had print and clip pull tab banners that you could post on bulltin boards around the area. some times they never hear one word from their sponsors or upline. you can send a mesage

I am reaching out to all the people in my down line as I don't know if their own sponsors are able to assist them, timewise or with Knowledge.Which we know comes from reading.
Its all there for the taking but some are unable to decide which is applicable to what problem
So if I can help I do.

Certainly, you need to reach out to affiliates on your 2nd,3rd and other generation levels. This forms part of the general support system in SFI in helping to build good business for all of us. Let us suppose that they do not have an effective Sponsor(s). They will not be effective Affiliates without your support. However, as a matter of principle, you should go about the support cautiously so that it may not appear as if you are taking over the responsibility of their sponsor(s) or undermining him

First things first. I believe when you sponsor an affiliate, your aim is to create a copy of yourself. This includes sponsoring affiliates which will form part of your 2nd generation affiliates. It will be a good practice to set up a constant communication channel between you and your PSA's which will be for following up on how their PSA's are faring. If there is lack of performance, then there is need to jump into action and communicate directly with your 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc generations to help them

Yes, definitely You should reach out to Your alternate generations, AND You should also reach out to their sponsor, about these contacts. I notice that fairly new PSA's, and CSA's who have their first experience with sponsoring have the tendency to become overly enthusiastic, and pushy.

I am very new to SFI, but if I may. This is what I am thinking. Whether it is your 2nd, 3rd, 4th 5th 105th generation I would support them the same as I would my first generation, they may not need the coaching as much, but they are still your Team mates, and your EARNERS, even though they have moved on a few generations or are just generations away, we all need support from time to time, you know that pat on the back every once in awhile, as humans. I would absolutely give them support once in awhile,

I'd reach out to anyone in my downline, however deep that might be. It will let them know that I'm there to help them and that I'm easy to reach.
