I have affiliates come to me for help who are not part of my team--should I help them or send them away?

Yes, we have to help each one asking for assistance but , it is the duty of their respective
sponsors to do their task, anyway you can still assist them in any manner, although it doesn't give you credits since they are not your downlines. However, as one big family, we will not be greedy in sharing our thoughts and knowledge for what we have achieved. I hope this could help.
God Bless!

You can and certainly should help the affiliates that come to you for help. Remind them to contact their sponsor and upline by clicking on the "Contact your Sponsor/Team Leaders" link next to their picture, but let them know that you are happy to help them as much as you possibly can. When we help each other, we all benefit from it, both internally from the good feeling of helping someone, and financially.

It's a wonderful thing when someone seeks you out for advice. It should instantly remind you of what it was like when you first joined SFI. When you can assist them in their time of need, the feeling of satisfaction you have can be overwhelming. But if you are unable to help them, direct them to someone who can. Always take the time to help, it can only bring you more reward in the future!

The simple answer BOTH. Help them reconnect with their line of sponsorship. Show them where to find their upline leaders and how to communicate. Answer their questions, or better show them how to find the answers. The goal here is to develop people with a business mindset, but most will come to us with an employee mindset. Be a resource for them but teach them to become resourceful.

We are all part of the SFI team. As a team we get better results if we all work together. Of course you should help one another even if they are not part of you specific downline team; but be assured that in so doing you are being positive, building moral and ensuring that questions are answered. Treat each member as you would like them to treat you. Incidentally if you have any issues then feel free to ask me anything I will always be there to help you, (if I can.)

If you turn them away send them to me. This is a full time job for me and I profit share. I want everyone to succeed in SFI because then we all have a strong future. See you at the top! Todd L. Garner

Anytime some one reaches out to you, you should do your best to help them. It's only fair to ask if they have tried to reach their sponsor/co-sponsor. If they have but have not gotten a satisfactory response then kindly ask them to send you their affiliate number to your business contact email so that you can add them to your contact list. This way they have opted to receive email from you and you can't be accused of cross solicitation. Otherwise, you may help them just to have their sponsor

If we help others, they will help us back as well. Helping non team members is also a great way to build valuable network which will help you someday. In our life also we should not do everything for benefit, sometimes we should do things for others benefit. You should help them.
