If you want to know the best PAID Advertisement Options for building SFI, then it takes a little bit of research and trial and error as you test some of the opportunities for paid advertisement in order to answer that question--yourself. It’s great to get a list of good opportunities now, but six months from now that list will be different. So, which is better: give you a fish today, or teach you how to fish so you have fish six months from now and beyond?
There are a few ways that you can go with paid advertising. Before you make the investment, do some research first. Does the advertisement opportunity reach the right kind of people? What is the real exposure to your ad? Is it an ad exchange? Are the ads being presented to people who are hoping you are reading THEIR ads? What is the traffic count of the site; on the page your ad will appear? How many images of that page are produced each month (this is different than traffic count---this refers to the actual times the page downloads in someone’s browser)? Is the content appropriate for where you are taking the lead (either to your gateway, or your website) once they click through? As you determine the answers to these questions you can do a search for pay per click advertising, ad exchange, web site advertising, and etc.
Pay Per Click
This option has some strong advantages. You only pay for your ad when someone clicks on the ad. If you decide to try this option, you want to do the research that we outlined a moment ago. While it has its advantages, you want to make sure that you are paying for as high a quality lead as possible.
Ad Exchange
This option puts your ad in front of a large number of people on a monthly basis. Often times, ad exchanges offer a free version to people in the hope that they will upgrade. My only concern is that you are putting your ad out to a closed culture of advertisers. This means the content is confined to a group of advertisers who pay to have their ad put out into the same culture as well. If other advertisers belong to the affiliate marketing side of the ad exchange, they may have their hands full between what they are doing along with the affiliate marketing program of the ad exchange.
Web Site Advertising
This option can be a little trickier than the other options. It is more likely to cost more as well. Paying for an ad on a website that lands the quality traffic that you want to post your ad to will cost something here. You also need to have a good ad script and a good design. The position of your ad on the page and the page on which you appear are critical to your ad’s success. This type of advertising can have fantastic results once you know what you’re doing.
Co-ops
SFI offers a co-op. It is called S-Builder. It is a reputable co-op. Co-ops share the results of the advertisement campaign. In general the results may be great, good, or not so good.
SFI doesn’t encourage affiliates to join the co-ops of members who are not in the same line of sponsorship as the affiliate. The reason is because SFI doesn’t monitor the process. The safest place for you to invest your money in a co-op is in your own up line’s co-op or SFI’s S-Builder. These are also the most ethical options. This isn’t to say that others are going to be dishonest. This is to say that the safest place for you invest is with your own up line—they are the most interested and the most directly affected by your success. If your sponsor doesn’t have a co-op, go up the line of sponsorship until you find one. Then, there is everyone’s up line: SFI. Again, they have the S-Builder Co-op.
Paying for an ad campaign is an important step for your business. Take the time to consider where you invest. Plan ahead and do some research before you invest. Decide which option is best for you. Then, fine tune what you do to improve your results as you go forward.
