How can I become a good team leader in SFI if I have low self-esteem and lack experience?

In general, low self-esteem is usually due to a failing to meet someone's standards who you look up to such as parent, teacher or peer-group. Negative experiences can cause a person to hold negative beliefs about themselves.
Here in SFI, there are lots of people to provide positive support to help you become successful. The Ask SC is one such means to find that support. The SFI forum is another motivational spot to find positive support to become successful.
Sometimes, poor academic performance in school can result in a lack of self confidence.
You need not worry about such as that here in SFI, everything you need to learn about this business and how to become successful in it, is very well laid out for you. There is no pressure to how fast you learn, no peer pressure, just friends helping each other to succeed.
You can take your time and study all the material, as much as you need to on a daily bases - no closed book test - you can look at the material every time you need answers and ask questions of the members as well as the support team.

What is the fastest way to build a team of affiliates in SFI?

Fast and slow are relative terms that only apply according to limits we place on our accomplishments.
There are two primary ways to build your list of team members fast, those are PSAs To Go and S-Builder Co-op.
However, building a team requires a lot more effort. It takes time and the energy to building a team and that time and energy should be focused on the art of team building, and not on the length of time that it takes to build the team.
To build a team, Team building, is to enhance the roles within the team, involving their collaborative tasks and social relations. There is also an element of team training, actions designed to improve the efficiency of the team relative to preforming certain actions.
We want our team to learn all that SFI has to offer, then be able to apply what we learn towards our goals. So, how fast we build our team will depend upon how fast and how well we learn the business and how well we communicate what we learn to our team. It will also depend upon how motivated they are in the business process.
So, if you enjoy what you are doing in this business and convey that love to your team, team building will seem fast.

What is the most effective way to communicate with your team?

I find that E-Cards are very effective for emotional appeal and getting a short message to a team member. Cards have a way of making one's day a lot happier. I always feel happy to see an E-Card in my box - and also to get a response to the E-Cards that I send.
Because communication is a two way affair, Team Mail is also great to get fast response between you and your team member.
If you have a lot to say to the entire group, then Group Mailer is the way to go. However, it does not have to be very long, just something that you feel is important for the entire group to know about.

I want to use an autoresponder on my website. What information do I need to provide to potential Affiliates in follow-up emails?

The First page should only be a welcome page and Thank You to the person who respond to your Autoresponder ad (no advertising links in the welcome page). Let them know that additional information is to follow. You should have about 8 to 10 follow-up pages.
Pages 2 through 10 should be short and to the point of explaining your offer. In this case, your offer is (SFI Affiliate program). There is a lot of information you can get at the SFI affiliate center showing what SFI is about and how it can benefit potential affiliates.
Gather all this information and compile it into 10 pages with only about 1 to 3 paragraphs of information on each page. Then place a "call to action" SFI text ad with your affiliate link at the end of each page.
Also, if you provide a way for the potential affiliate to contact you for more information, it may increase your sign-ups. This could be letting them know that after sign-up they will have direct access to you for support as their sponsor. Let them know that sign-up is free and that you will personally work with them after they have joined.
You can also provide a link to the "next" page, just in case they are interested in learning more right away.

Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?

I think that it is faster to generate income by building a large list of quality PSAs. It is not easy to find as many ECAs as it is to find PSAs. Also, the PSAs just may become ECAs, thus by focusing on building PSAs, the SFI system help to encourage them to also become ECAs.
When you think about it, the active PSAs will be generating income for you. ECAs require more sales through the system to produce the same amount of income that you might get from a few PSAs.
So far, two of my PSAs have become ECAs, and one of them quit. And one of the ECAs that I was promoting also quit. They had some good products so they must have not sold enough to give them reason to stay.
I focus on recruiting PSAs with ECA being an added bonus.

There are two ways that I recommend to get search engine traffic to your SFI website. One is to get your own unique Domain name from SFI and promote that URL through different advertising methods.
Another way is to get a personal domain name, one that you can build a personalized web page for, then build a web page that is unique to your own experience about SFI with links (text ads and banners provided by SFI). Advertise that webpage. Google can find those two types better than the generic gateway pages that all the other affiliates are using.

However, you may find that some times when people join an opportunity program for "Free" they expect to never spend any money. Those types of people will need to be educated about running a business. But, the biggest problem is that many people who are joining money making opportunities these days, have very little money to invest, so they try to work the business with the smallest amount of money invested.

A picture is a very good way for people to see who you are, a good photo is one that when you look at it, you can say "that's me". It is important to have a photo to let others know you and your business from a social point of view. An example is that Gery's photo is a good example of who SFI is but when you promote your own business in SFI its best to have a photo that express who you are and what you are about. Just make sure your photo express what you feel are your best qualities.

Because SFI is a network marketing opportunity, it is best to advertise in media that have a lot of prospects who are looking to join a network marketing opportunity (company). Other media to advertise in would be those geared towards people looking for Home-based business opportunities. You are likely to find many prospects for SFI in this type of media.
Getting the potential prospects to respond is a matter of good ad copy. Present the best ad that appeal to the needs of your prospects. Your ad Title should capture the interest of people looking to start-up in Network Marketing. Your ad copy should explain what SFI is and how it will benefit the potential prospects.
If you show in your ad copy, how SFI is unique from other companies, you can get a lot more people to sign-up. This approach will pull in people who are already highly interested companies such as SFI.
