I will ask you this question. If I were your sponsor and you didn't log in for weeks, would you have appreciated it if I hadn't given you the benefit of the doubt and contacted you at least on a weekly basis to encourage you to move with your business? Never ignore anyone, because you don't know the treasure trove they can bring to you. Always keep in touch, at least on a weekly basis. Give more attention to those who are leaders or who are racing into this on a fast track and are willing to work. They are willing to learn. But those affiliates who do not seem to be doing anything right now might be like plants that just need some watering and nourishment, and one day they will spring up. Or it might be that, just like some babies that are having problems with thriving because they need extra medical or physical help, at some point will begin to look better and really take the nourishment you give them and will begin to grow and walk and talk. Just be loving and gentle and patient and kind. Show by your example of perseverance how you strive in this business. It will pay off by bringing you those who truly want to succeed.

No, don't ignore them, it's always hard to tell whats going on with them. Some are curious find out you gotta buy stuff and don't like that idea and/or don't bother to really pay attention and read the launch pad lessons or other corp posts and give up, some simply don't want to work and want something for free or something? The only ones that come back with any comments from my team messages and email are my sponsor and co-sponsor. Oh-yeah, I hear from a few a2a friends. I never hear from CSAs' I do hear from 2 PSAs once in a while. I send out team mails and email all the time so they know I care and keep tabs on them. I do feel some have just abandoned SFI but I'm going to do what I can to remind them I'm here if they want to come back, I'm always here to help out. Sluggo is in for the long ride!

You should continue to send all weekly team mail to all of your affiliates. The key to connecting with affiliates over the long haul is personal interaction. As soon as you get an affiliate notification you NEED to make the initial contact with that affiliate. Let them know upfront what you expect them to achieve in the first 30 days. Be sure to get a complete affiliate profile. Offer your support and encouragement all along the way. Inactive affiliates are inactive for various reasons - sadly I learn that a dear affiliate has been hospitalized, or life events do occur. So don't be too critical of inactives just try to personalize your approach to your team. Let them know that you are in the same boat that they are in - "looking for additional income". Remember to push the 'hot buttons' when writing to your team. We are share an entreprenuerial spirit. Build a rapport and trust and you will find that more of your affiliate that are active will become super achievers. You don't need them all just the ones who are committed. In conclusion, once someone has determined what they are willing to sacrifice they have set their course for success or failure - that is up to them not you. Do your part and let the 'dead wood' lie where it falls!

I just joined a few months ago and I also have affiliates that have not been very active. I have tried sending out a not of encouragement reminding them that success will not come overnight, that is takes time and endurance. I encourage them to not give up. A lot of them don't respond, but a few may, and this can be good for all.
I'd send a short "test" email of introduction to all of them and request a return response. I'd also monitor their accounts for growth. If there is no response and/or no growth, I'd turn my energies elsewhere.
I don' think you should ignore them, but you can't help everyone. So work with the ones that are more positive and then don't let yourself be dragged down by the non active affiliates
Some Do. Some Don't. Some will. Some won't. Work with positive people.
I had one today that didn't know where to start and told me so, so I had to lead him in the right direction. So some times all it takes is a little initiative on our part to connect to the person.
Every Day about 1,500 persons join SFI. About 4-5 Million people must have enrolled by now. The number of active affiliates is, as my sponsor told me, about one hundred thousand. Another Scenario: In my class, 985 affiliates, 8 in contention for E365. Number of active Affiliates? Maybe not over 50, I don't know--a guess.
If an affiliate is not active for weeks to months, chances are remote that you will be able to get him up from his slumber. Besides weekly mailers, sort them out and mail them personally at least once and mark that. I have been able to make one such person active by mailing him personally. His complaint in the reply was he has never been contacted by my upline.
Lesson: Try you must , but do not go on flogging a dead horse (clearly outlined by the erudite Gery in LaunchPad lessons).

I also have several who have not signed in for awhile. I still send them the team mails, if for no other reason than to let them know that if they need assistance, I am here to assist them should they become active.
