Message to the new EAs to encourage them to keep it could be something this kind:

Congratulate them for being in your Marketing Team and becoming EA.Teach them what to do to maintain their EA status, this you actually tell them what you do yourself.If you can budget the Gift Certificates, they can work best for your team.Tell them all the strategies you know of this business and then you will be moving forward as team.

I'm unable to give a generalized answer to this question as I personalize each of my messages at that level. By the time any of my PSA's have achieved EA status I have usually developed a rapport with them. However, I do direct them to the benefits chart, the income index, and gently remind them that you get out of something what you put into it. Another place to advise them of is the testimonials page or the forum where other EA's and TL's have shared their success stories.

Mention their accomplishment in the recognition section of Your Leadership Page.

It is always good to show recognition to your new EAs by showing your appreciation to them for reaching EA status by giving them a certificate or by giving them a gift card.Call them on their telephone and tell them that they have achieved this rank,then they need to maintain it and work to achieve the next level.Congratulate them for their effort and achievement.

First and foremost, congrats them for becoming EA. Advise them to maintain EA position every month and explain to them the benefits they get if they maintain their EA status.

Make them think that there are going in a right direction and you are there to help them at any point of time to achieve their EA status.

Should them the way and also guide them how they can find their own way to work with SFI and grow with SFI.

Ask them to teach the same method to their team

It is always a great idea to congratulate any affiliate becoming an EA plus to give them positive self esteem that when they just achieved there EA they can achieve more in becoming a bronze Leader and if eager enough and determined to work hard like they did getting to EA , they can do anything, if you give up on a dream, the dream may never happen, work at a dream to make it become real in your life, work at it, and anything can be gained at any time of your life, does not have to take years but
