I would recommend your create your own professional e-mail template that you can reuse each time you send out a redemption code.

3) Keep the copy of the message short and brief. Remember to focus on benefits and call-to-action statements. Keep It Simple! The ONLY objective of this e-mail is to get your prospect to:

As Leonardo Da Vinci once said, “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication”. That was also an early slogan at Apple by the way, so I would think twice before choosing a flashy gift card design.

Step 3: Look for templates.

Step 4: Choose Your Font(s)

Remember that readability is the most important thing so you want to avoid decorative fonts. If you use more than one font on the card then it should be complimentary and it is not recommended to use more than 2. Remember that you can use different sizes and bolding to make the important areas, like your business name stand out.

Step 5: Add your info and logo

If you are using Vistaprint then you can very easily upload an image file of your logo and crop it so it will fit in the area reserved for logo. This of course assumes that you have decided to use your logo on your card, which is generally recommended.

Step 6: Choose your paper stock

Vistaprint offers the following paper stock for your business cards:
•Matte – The default option no extra cost
•Premium Matte – A thicker version of the card so its more sturdy
•Glossy – Good for pictures but its hard to write on which is a big negative.
•Premium Glossy – Thicker version of the glossy. same problem applies.
•Recycled Matte – Same as matte just made from recycled paper.

While the default matte option is thick enough, if there is one place a small amount of money can make a big difference with the business card its with thicker paper stock. So for me at the extra cost for the thicker premium matte its worth it, but if you are being conscious about the budget then the default paper stock is fine.

There are a couple of ways to do this - the first is obviously by using one of the eCards SFI gives us to send to people. It would be easy to pick a card then put on your explanation of what it is and the redemption code on the inside.

If you are somewhat creative you could even design an eCard of your own using a paint program or even a commercial program that helps you design all different kinds of cards - you could put on a logo or even embed your picture. It all depends on who the information is going to.

If you are giving away gift cards to friends or family you could add a little mystery and say it is from a secret admirer! Or, you could make it a "Congratulations!" type of card and tell the recipient that they have won a contest and now get to go on a shopping spree!

If you aren't a creative type, maybe a family member is - and could do this for you.

If nothing else you could write a "formal" business letter or memo with the number in it - if you just want to be professional.

I've been using the images we have at the marketing center for advertising at social networks. What I do is a take a screenshot of the specific marketing aid I need that match the gateway I'll advertise, say for example I'm advertising Pricebenders Auction - I take a screenshot of the TripleClicks Auction homepage and attach it to a short intro with my gateway link. It adds variety.

I would do the same way with the digital TripleClicks giftcard. Instead of just copying the codes, I would pick a product that I think would be useful to the recipient of the digital giftcard, take a clear screenshot of the TripleClick page featuring the product, and add a text box containing the redemption code. I would vary the 'designs' simply by picking the "Hot-Deals" homepage for the next digital gift card or use any of the other pages within TripleClicks that will give my prospective PRMs an idea of the deals they are missing. That I think would make my digital giftcards more advertising flair. Hope you find this useful.
