How far should sponsors go to help their affiliates move forward, is there a point you should not go beyond?

A sponsor should only go so far to help an affiliate, and only his own team or his CSAs, as to be useful to the affiliate, and not to do the work of the affiliate. A great part of an affiliate's training is to learn how to be an over-comer. It you give Gift Certificates, or TCredits to someone who is short for the end of the month, then you are denying him the chance to learn to plan, budget or find a way to come up with money enough, become more determined, and feel the pleasure at doing it himself.

To answer this question, you should know the in and outs of your downlines. You should have established consistent communication with your affiliates. Your experience dealing with your affiliates will help you to decide in all kinds of situation in building your team.

Sponsors can help their affiliates move forward in both tangible and intangible ways. Guide them on what should be done. Achieve this by referring them to specific areas of SFI’s training and reminding them to stick to the basics.

Give them tips on how to market their business. For example, explain ways in which advertisements can be sent out. If possible, give them some free advertising sites or you can encourage them to join your own co-op. Your help to them will eventually benefit

I feel we should help and reward all our team.
I reward down line for participation.
A lot of members will not participate no matter how many times you send them E Cards offering support.
I have over 2300 PSA and Combined CSA in my down line.

That is why the Geneology Tab is brilliant. I send posts weekly to all of these members.
Offering support.
I send them to my Leadership Board. Letting them know they can enter competitions winning cash and random down line

First of all... It's important to understand that you must balance your time between helping those who want to help themselves and prospecting for new Affiliates. Use the 80/20 rule (google it) to help guide you in managing your time and other resources. You're looking for 5 Team Leaders minimum that are willing to also go through the process of finding their 5 Team Leaders. This is a very good question, and to be honest I could argue on both sides of this for hours, as there are many good points for and against. But use a system that I adopted right from the outset of joining SFI, and I still use it today. I always greet my new PSA's and CSA's with a welcoming email, and advising them how to get started. I then send a follow-up email (and now I have started using the fabulous new E-Cards)asking them how they are going, offering words of encouragement and advice,

It is a great concept always been re-defined.

As a Sponsor, everyone will have their own concepts and innovative ideas and of course, I have my own too.

It is not a bad practice to help your downline with cash and kind to help them to move on and grow in the system but it is not fair to make them totally dependent on the help to move on in the system without any of their own efforts.

- As a team leader your support should be defined to DIRECTING your PSAs to actions that will bring success. To do this YOU need to understand the SFI business yourself. Learn ALL you can to be a great leader.

Sponsors should support their affiliates 150%. Some say don't give them money. I say without some money how do you expect them to make a purchase? If you want to create income with your SFI business (we all do!) then you must understand that you get back what you give out!

If an affiliate is doing everything that you ask them to do, then; there is nothing shameful about sending them a $10 gift certificate. It's the best kind of reinforcement. It shows that you are not just expecting

As sponsors we are duty bound to help our affiliates. However, we can set some priorities as to who should receive help first but I don’t think we can afford to create a point beyond which there is “no go” because every affiliate sign-up is an opportunity.
