I would be very careful about your desire to build 100+ PSA's every day, and while I certainly don't want to curb your enthusiasm it is wise to look at the pros and cons of doing such a thing first.

The Pros are that you are going to have a very large down-line, with many opportunities of growing your Matching VP's and earnings, and that is it. The Cons, however, are more plentiful. Yes, you can 100's or 1000's of PSA's in your down-line, but there is absolutely no guarantee that any of them are actually going to have the commitment and desire to succeed as you do, and are therefore not worth the money spent to have in your team. Now I certainly don't want to put you off, as obviously you are very enthusiastic to build your team and succeed with SFI, but it is a well known fact within SFI that the majority of affiliates who join don't do anything more than 'test the water', and then give up, 'tyre-kickers' I call them. I can even say this from experience, as probably around 95% of my down-line are either partially or totally inactive since the first week of joining, and that is despite all my letters of encouragement and support.

So my suggestion is for you not to want to spend lots of money on purchasing 100's of PSA's (simply to grow your team), but to slowly build your down-line of PSA's (S-Builder is one of the best ways in my opinion) and then coach and mentor them to the point where they are totally active and DUPLICATE exactly what you are doing. That way you are building an active and prosperous team, admittedly a far smaller team, but far more productive in the long run.

Don't lose your enthusiasm though, you will go a long way in SFI is you maintain your positive attitude and can pass that attitude, commitment and enthusiasm onto your down-line.

I will not say that it is impossible, but I will show you a few facts and figures about Internet marketing that will help you understand that getting 100+ PSAs on a shoe-string budget is very unlikely.

There are a few terms you have to know to understand how Internet marketing works. They are:

hits, clicks, conversions.

Hits refer to your offer page, meaning how many visitors a day see that page.
Clicks is the number of actual clicks on the page, i.e. how many of your visitors click the link you promote.
Conversions is the number of people who "bought" your offer.

Now, let's assume, generously, that your conversion ratio is 2% (2 people out of 100 who click the link become your PSA) and your clicks/hits ratio is - again generously - 5% (5 people out of 100 who visit your page will click on the link).

Now, imagine that you get 100,000 hits (visits) to your page. 5% out of 100,000 is 5,000 = number of clicks.

2% out of 5,000 = 100 - Conversions.

It means that you would need to have (again my estimates are very generous) 100,000 visits to your offer page a day in order to "extract" 100 PSAs.

If you know a cheap method to do that, I'd really like to learn it, too.

On the other hand, why not contact those top 5 on the Top Enrollers list and ask them how they do it and how much it costs them...

To answer this question properly, we must know what you mean by "modest."

In internet advertising, 1% response from an ad is considered good. 3% is fantastic. In the case of Safemail lists, this is the number that even look at your ad. 1% of them might click through and sign up as a PSA. That says that you need to put the SFI spash page or an ad in front of at least 1 million people a day to get 100 PSA.

The question then becomes how to get an SFI ad in front of 1 Million people a day on a modest budget. My answer to that one is that it cannot be done. It is impossible.

To get 100 PSA from the vendors is over $100, and they do not promise to deliver in a day. To get 30 days worth of 100 PSA contracts, you would have to buy 30 contracts. That is a cool $3,000 which I do not think meets the definition of a modest budget.

Now, if you have lots of computers and a large family, it might be possible to get them sending to safelists and surfing the click surf sites to generate a LOT of hits to a splash page, but you would run up against the 1 Million credits a day again. Even at 10 seconds per credit - that is a heck of a lot of surfing on a lot of click surf sites. That is also a lot of safelists and earning credits at those safelists. Even though a lot of safelists give you 1,000 impressions upon joining, you have to earn by actions or wait a long time before you can mail again - and joining enough of them as a paid member would quickly drain even a modest budget.

I think you need to change your question to: How can I get 5 EAs and train them to each get 5 EAs in less than a year. That is what your goal should be: Duplication. That is what will get you to STL and GTL and enough VP matching to get a decent monthly check.

For something like that it's going to take a very long time. I recommend you begin by getting either a free website or blog and working on it daily. Stay consistent with it and work on your writing skills. You need to attract a lot of people and place a nice photo of yourself on it.

Make sure you interact with your visitors and make them feel welcome. Be sure to choose a nice design for your site that draws people. Something that pulls them in and causes them to want to take a closer look at your site.

It's important to work on it every day so that you hone your skills. You learn by doing and I also recommend working with something we call "On page SEO." (SEO = Search Engine Optimization) You want to use the right words on your site in order to draw as many people as you can. Google has many helpful tools for you to use so that you can know what words to use.

You can put out small amounts of cash. $10 for a domain name and $5 a month for hosting to get a Wordpress blog or SMF Forum site up and online. Add great contact and interact with the people who comment your work and watch your following and traffic grow.

Connect it by RSS to ping services so when you add new content your site notifies the search engines automatically of the updates. Connect it through social media so you and your readers can share the content virally. Use images and videos in addition to text and consider adding a podcast for your readers who are on the go to take your content with them.

Write great articles and find awesome content and then advertise around that content.

Build links through article marketing on distribution sites like Ezine Articles. Send out press releases and guest blog for others in your niche when possible. Connect with like minded webmasters and trade links or site reviews. The exchanged links are worth less to Google but they usually increase your traffic and build your readership which in turn gains back everything lost in link weight by boosting these two metrics in your search engine ranking.

Google like sites that are on topic, popular, and have a great deal of return traffic or regular readership. If the content is fresh and similar sites link to you as a resource your ranks will grow. Add in a healthy dose of social media clout and you will see a site capable of adding 100 new members a day after a few years of development.

The other option is to have more than a modest budget.

My question is why do you need 100 PSA a day? You can't follow up with that many PSA personally which means more of them will be inactive. You can win a badge for top enroller but that badge is empty if your business is costing more to run than it's paying out, and your reputation will take major damage for being the bad sponsor who is too busy to answer questions for new referrals.

I personally like converting high percentages of low numbers into working affiliates. I have several people moving up, one just made Silver Team Leader today, another is well on his way to EA2 as of this morning. There are dozens who are working hard and my business is in profit this month allowing me to invest in growing it more. I will get those badges but in due time and I will assure you I will get results to match them.

Enrolling 100s of PSAs a day is possible with experience and knowledge of how your advertising platform works. Depending on the one you use, you must test and retest on a small scale before you get the kind of numbers that you see on the Growth tab. It is unlikely that a complete novice will be able to do this. But fortunately, this is a learned skill that can be duplicated.

If your sponsor is a top enroller, I highly recommend that you participate in their team co-op. This will be your best option and probably your cheapest. This is because you can communicate directly with your sponsor and they have the power to assure that you get good delivery. While performance is never guaranteed, you have the experience of your sponsor to guide you. A team co-op will keep your cost low because your sponsor already has a vested interest in your success; therefore, there is not a need for exorbitant costs per share.

If you are looking to enroll PSAs outside of your team co-op, you should keep close communication with the co-op manager who oversees the ad placement. Ad placement is paramount to the ROI of the creative. Many ad services assign an account manager to each account so be sure to learn who this person is and communicate with them so that you can have a successful campaign. Again test small then up the ante when you get favorable returns.

In conclusion, it will not happen the first time around or even the second but if you stay committed you can learn how to keep cost down by controlling bid costs for ppc and forging good relationships with those who run solo ads. I recommend a combination of free and paid advertising sources from various channels because no one channel is going to become the holy grail. It is a process and demands work and patience not to mention a budget.

I have to start by pointing out here that you have to be patient in the first place, the moment you join SFI, before hitting this target. That is to say, you won't expect to start enrolling 100+ PSAs a day within your first day in SFI. Meanwhile, by the time, you settle down, say in a week or more, to enroll that number is attainable, if wisdom and luck work together. And I want to believe that modest income in this case should be around $100 or less. I then advise you do the following:

1. Purchase an S-Builder Coop unit for $22. Mind you, in this case it may take up to two months before you start getting your PSAs. That's why you need patience.

2. Purchase 200 TCredit pack for $58. With this, learn the rules of the game in Pricebenders Auction, and enter for Auctions on PSAs. I tell you, if you play the game well, you must win, not just once, but even multiple times before you exhaust your 200 TCredits. And the remaining balance pays for your won Auction. If you're lucky enough, you might have goal getters among these PSAs, who will be sources of huge commissions for you.

3. Then with the commissions raised in the above, you purchase more S-Builder Coop units and more TCredits for more Auctions on PSAs and other items. It won't take time before your $100 investment gives you a return of thousands of dollars.
