I think that you should contact your sponsor or co-sponsor when you really need some help. People are sometimes lazy to read and ask all kind of questions. Sometimes they could find the answer very easily but they think it is easier that somebody solve that for you.
You should have in mind that your sponsor could be only a bit longer in this business then you and that he or she also are struggling to build their business. Anyway, as your sponsor's success depend on your success, I think that they should find the time to help you if you have some serious problem or if you need a bit of motivation.
So don't ask for any small obsticle that you come accross, try to solve it alone, but if you really need a help or motivation, feel free to contact your uplines.

You should communicate with your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor as often as you deem necessary. I say that with the following thought in mind.
Communication is one of the primary requirements for success regardless of the venture. To communicate with your Sponsor and/or Co-Sponsor doesn't have to mean that you need help. Your ideas are worth communicating to them as well as receiving information from them. Communicating with anyone within the SFI organization is one of the great benefits of being part of this organization. How else would we all be learning.
Just as we all have different learning needs, so it is with communication. Chat with someone, it never hurts and more often than not it is very beneficial to both parties.
When listing guidelines to attain success we should all remember to list Communication as one of the most important ones.
I hope this is of some value to you and others who might read this.

Hi Abraham,
There are different ways of communication between your upline, you and your downline in SFI. Some affiliates need support, guidance and help, especially at the beginning.
-Once a week you should get a TM from your upline.
-Every other day you see the stream posts from your upline.
Besides this, you can communicate with them using e-mail, phone and social media. Read their messages, read their stream posts and posts at the forum and feel free to ask them if you need something. If you like, notify them about your actions during that week. Try to imagine how you will act when become a sponsor and your downline want to communicate. Search the ASK SC, forum and add a2à friends and share your experience with them. When there is something important, consult your uppline. Noone can say the exact number of exchanges messages, the quality of the communication is something that matters.

The simple answer is as often as you need.
As sponsors and Co-sponsors it is our "Job" to answer any questions that our downline has.
I have always been told that there is no such thing as a stupid question.
I believe that to be true.
So basically if you are unsure of something do not hesitate to contact your upline. If your sponsor gets mad at you for asking questions then he/she is probably not a good sponsor.
I personally wish my PSA's and CSA's would ask more questions so that I know they are interested and trying to learn

The degree or frequency with which you communicate with your sponsor and co-sponsor will vary from person to person and can only be correctly determined by the goals you have set for yourself and your business and the level of assistance you believe your sponsor and co-sponsor can assist you in reaching those goals.
Having set goals and time-frames for completion of goals, I would think it reasonable to communicate with your sponsor at least once per week, and in establishing this routine you can also occasionally chat with your co-sponsor at least one to two times per month.
Remember your sponsor and co-sponsor are there to guide and assist you along the way so they expect to hear from you. How often you choose to consult with them can also determine how well you eventually do in your business as they are more experienced and can offer good tips and advice.

I communicate with my sponsor when I have some question or when I want to share my thoughts with her about my achivements. It is free to communicate with them when ever is nesessary. If you think that you have question for him do not hesitate and ask him he will glade to know that you are serious about this job and that you want to learn more.
Maybe sometimes he doesn*t have time to answer to you immedeatly.Than you can find some good tips on the Forum or you can ask your a2a friend or even support is here willing to help.
My advice to you is to keep in touch with them/him as much as you need help but you should learn to be independent and to learn at diferente places in SFI.As soon as you learn by your one as soon you become good in this job, good sponsor and you wiil learn your duplication how to become independant and how to read, learn and work by himselfs.
I hope you understand what is my point to you!

You can communicate with your sponsor and co-sponsor anytime. Your queries and responses are well welcome and appreciated much by your sponsor and co-sponsor. They can feel and see that you are very interested learning and building business in SFI.
As a team leader like me, I am craving to hear from my team. Every time I log-on and see that I got an email from my team, it makes me happy.
Not only that, communication inspired your leaders to help you and the team to grow.

You should communicate with them at least once per week and update the actions you have taken to build your business, but you do not need to stop there, Any time you cannot find an answer to a question you need answered that in your opinion will help you build your business, feel free to ask your sponsor or cosponsor. i think most sponsors or cosponsors like to know how and who is active in their down line as some have so many it is hard to check all the time, however with this in mind please dont bother them with questions or comments that you can find from other relable sources such as in the training section, or forum, etc. as sponsors with many downline will never have time to answer all of your questions especially when they can be found by just a little effort on your part. So the answer is a minimum of 1 x a week and more often if needed. remember your upline benefits from your success so they have a vested interest in your questions and communications.

You should always keep in contact with your sponsor and co-sponsor. If nothing else just to let them know how you are doing. If you have any questions you should definitely get in contact with them and ask them. IMHO they should be the first ones that you contact. They have a vested interest in your business. The greater your success the greater their success.
If you had a large downline wouldn't you want them to contact you so you could help them with their problems and make them more successful. It is a win, win for the both of you.

The frequency of your communication with your sponsor and co-sponsor is entirely dependent on your needs to communicate with them. If you are new to SFI and you need assistance/help on how to go about with you tasks or you have some queries, you can communicate with one of them anytime. If, however, you can already stand on your own feet, you should still continue communicating with them once in a while to simply keep in touch with them or to share with them your progress. They will surely appreciate it.
