The degree or frequency with which you communicate with your sponsor and co-sponsor will vary from person to person and can only be correctly determined by the goals you have set for yourself and your business and the level of assistance you believe your sponsor and co-sponsor can assist you in reaching those goals.
Having set goals and time-frames for completion of goals, I would think it reasonable to communicate with your sponsor at least once per week, and in establishing this routine you can also occasionally chat with your co-sponsor at least one to two times per month.
Remember your sponsor and co-sponsor are there to guide and assist you along the way so they expect to hear from you. How often you choose to consult with them can also determine how well you eventually do in your business as they are more experienced and can offer good tips and advice.

There is a lot of fraud on the Internet. How do we convince skeptical prospects that SFI is legit and real?

Lead by example.First you have to build a relationship with the individual. Trust then develops. Use your marketing tools and the fact that only connection with the company could you be sharing the share it links about Price Benders and other great deals. Direct them to where they can source the information on the internet where they can read for themselves. SFI is a BBB accredited business. They can view reports there on that website speaking to the validity of SFI.
