Well there are no VPs awarded for contacting Sponsor/Co-Sponsor, if that is what you wanted to know. However, you stand to gain a lot in acquiring valuable insight into SFI if you are in touch with your uplines.
The SFI online teaching methods are very simple and easy to learn. One needs to have the time and patience to read and study on a regular basis. That's all. Contact your uplines only when you are in doubt.
Communication is important in building good relationships and better understanding of each other. The more you communicate with your Sponsor and Co-sponsor the more you feel at ease to exchange simple informations or query. Thus one need to communicate frequently with his/her sponsor about any issues affecting you in SFI business.

Hi Abraham,
It's a good question, but the answer is difficult. Of course it would be in the beginning when you need advice and guidance where what ought to read, help sponsors and co-sponsors was of great importance for you napredak.Iz this reason they should be as much contact you in order to properly steered https://www .sfimg.com / References / CompPlan and https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/Marketing/StandardSponsoringMethods, because this is a team effort and you are part of their team sponsors and co-sponsors. As you progress through the advice and learning lessons that SFI is provided to all members, that contact will weaken, and can happen to you divide some advice to your sponsors and co-sponsors, which would mean that the switch to weekly addressing the sponsor and co-sponsor, as is always something new to be found out by the more experienced.

I will answer you by asking you this question....MUST you communicate with your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor? Why I ask this is because i do not communicate with either my Sponsor or Co-Sponsor. Now, am not saying its not proper to communicate with either of them...its only that i have not got the need to contact either of them so far....i just mind my business......Let me tell this.....i've learnt so much from Ask SC that i feel i don't need to bother any one of them.
Anyways, it all depends on or ability to comprehend...now you are not restricted by SFI to a particular number of times you should communicate with either your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor......infact you are very free to contact any of them anyhow and how often you have the need to.....

Honestly I cannot see any reason why you must communicate with a Sponsor/Co-sponsor who is not responsive or paying attention to your need. A sponsor/Co-sponsor who does not care for your success is not worth wasting a minute of your time for.
Some Sponsors/Co-sponsors are not original in their writings to you, the copy/paste already notes from SFI stock to you. What would have happened if SFI had not made these specimens available?
Sometimes these specimens they send do not actually meet your need.
If however your Sponsor/Co-sponsor is good, there is no limit of times you can get in contact with him. He is a Storehouse of all the methods you will need to succeed in SFI and the more you are in touch with him the more he shares with you the secrets and the Rule of Success of SFI. Good luck.

You should communicate to your sponsor as often as you can write him team messages and to his or her email at least at beggining through your trainging period follow links he offers you and read as much files he offers as you can in time you get use to it, and speak to him whenever something is unclear to you. When you learn all that you will work on your own and it will be easier for you. Greets!
Communication with your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor should be done on a weekly basis. I myself talk with my sponsor almost every day. It is a great way to get all the support you need and keep updated on all aspects of the business. Being in constant communication also builds a trusted friendship you can rely on!
The simple answer is communicate with them as often as you need, but do not bother them unnecessarily because they must be busy people. If any of them do not respond even after repeated communication leave him(sometimes it happens although they have vested interest to respond);there must be some body in the up line to respond to your query.
I would only communicate with my sponsor or co-sponsor if I am stuck on how to use the Affiliate Center or if I have a question on how to market my business. I would also contact my sponsor or co-sponsor if I was interested in an advertisement Co-Op.
There is no set frequency in how often you should contact your sponsor or co-sponsor. They are your sponsor’s, not your boss.
