I think your answer depends on how responsive your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor are to you messages. If they are responsive, let them know that you are serious about your SFI business. Also that any tips or assistance would be welcome as you start learning about SFI and building your business.
I usually recommend either sending them a weekly message with updates on what you are planning or doing. This gives them an opportunity to assist you directly and/or suggest changes that can shorten your path to success. Before you contact your sponsor/co-sponsor with a question, take advantage of the SFI system to search for the answer on your own first. Try looking for answers in the Affiliate Center, in the Ask SC section, and in the SFI Forum. You will also need to teach this concept to your team. When you have thousands of affiliates on your team, you will be glad you did.
If your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor are not responsive to your questions, you may want to look elsewhere in your SFI upline for a Team leader willing to mentor you.

I communicate with my Sponsor and Cosponsor definitely twice in a month after my fourth month in SFI.
Once in the first week, telling them my plan of actions for the month and in the third week to tell them of my progress. Especially I let them know what will I achieve before the end of the month by way of status or rank in order to let them plan their course of action for reaching their rank/financial goal.
Other than that I seek their assistance and advice when I get into a situation where I fall short of action points.
Recently our communication is more often through private mail and media chat about topics of personal and general nature.
To end I would say that communication with sponsors and cosponsor need not be always of business in nature and restricted but can be enjoyable and be as often as we communicate with our close friends.

Halo there!
How often? My personal opinion, as often as you must! How else would you be able to learn and understand SFI!
There is so much info, if you start out! That is why you have a sponsor, to help you learn the business and grow, be a success.
Without communication between you, you will eventually fall out. If you have a question, ask!
There is no question or query that is 'stupid'!!!
If you want to learn and make your SFI business a success, communicate until you know exactly what you have to do!
Good luck!

I am always excited to hear from someone on my team. I will always respond with the information they need. There is never a time when it is a bother. I know how it feels when one is trying to understand something or cannot locate the information they need.
I find most of the time there is an issue with advertising and promoting online. Where to place ads, what to say in the ads, etc.
Bottom line any sponsor should be motivated by requests for help because that tells them someone is working their business. I tell my people to contact me anytime.

Over the last 18 months of working with SFI,I have learned a ton of things on my journey.
I think that first of all you should stay in touch with them by giving on time reply to their coversations. This makes them realize that you are serious with your work.Try to understand their nature of cooperation. Most of the leaders in SFI are committed to their goals and they make no mistakes in achieving their goals.
Anyhow, feel free to discuss your problems relating SFI of any sort.
I hope above said things will clarify your mind a lot to be in contact with sponser & co-sponser.

You should communicate at least ounce a week, since they might have lots of psa, csa, affiliates ,ounce a week is good so he has time to answers everyone's questions. Same with co sponsors, but if you really need help you can also use the chat system when there log on, might get a quicker response by using the chat system, also another way is to send them a email if is on file should see a green letter if is on file, use that to send direct message to email but make sure you don't spam them with a whole bunch of questions wait till you get a response from the first one you send. That's as much as I can say about communicating with your sponsors and co sponsors

I most definately belief that you should communicate with your Sponsor and Co Sponsor. I personally tell all of my affiliates to please get in touch with me through a2a, email and chat.
I also personally ask all of my affiliates to rate me every month if they are able to. I also ask that every affiliate to leave me a comment when rating me so that I know if I am doing a good job or not. I try to tell everyone that a good comment is greatly appreciated, but if you feel that I don't deserve a good comment then I appreciate constructive suggestions.
Communication is what makes the world go around. So please all new and old affiliates talk to your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor. I have tried repeatedly to contact my Sponsor, but have never hear from them. I have made contact with my Co-Sponsor and have tried to give constructive suggestions.
If it were not for my upline and my a2a friends I would have been sunk.

Communication with your sponsor/co-sponsor is defending on you. If you have a lot of questions that needs clarifications, you have to communicate and ask questions no matter how often it is. It can be every day, as long as there is something you need to know in this business. But don't expect that it will be answer on the same day, because of the different time zone or if your sponsor/co-sponsor is not around.
Communication with them is very important factor in this business, because they will be the one who will guide you to the right PATH for you to reach the most important reason why you are here, and that is the Financial Freedom.

I will initially address your question with a question: Currently, how often does your sponsor/co-sponsor communicate with you?
Most sponsors will write to their affiliates at least once a week. If on the other hand you have doubts, questions or need clarifications, you should feel free to write your sponsor when the need arises. I would think that the frequency of communication would also be largely determined by the quality of response that you are getting.
I notice that you have been with SFI just over one month and you are now a Silver Team Leader. You will soon have affiliates under you and from your relationship with them it will also help you to gauge the frequency of communication.
The only way you can know your affiliates problems is by communicating with them and I think once or twice a week is reasonable.

Communication is very vital in our daily lives.Communication plays an important role in Friendships,Relationships,Businesses,etc...The number of times one should contact his sponsor or co-sponsor depends on him/her.Afterall some affiliates never communicate with their upline even when their upline make contacts with them. However,I would like to suggest some ways you should communicate with your sponsor/co-sponsor.First and foremost,it would be very appropriate to contact your sponsor/co-sponsor when you join this program for the first time/in your early stages. The affiliate center looks overwhelming and by making contact with them in your early times, they would assist you to digest all you need to know and do at SFI at a faster rate thereby making it possible for you to start building your business at a faster rate.Secondly,I also think it would be very appropriate to contact your upline whenever you get stuck at any point in time. That is,whenever you would need their assistance in any form.Being it financial, advice, sharing with you their success story,etc..Last but not least,I also think it would be very nice to contact your sponsor/co-sponsor to express thanks and gratitude to them whenever you think they've played an influencial role in your success because it's not everyone who is fortunate to have active, great and influencial upline.Hope this helps!!!
