The obvious answer is "regularly". Which then poses the question of what regularly means.
Make communication to the point. Perhaps you are asking questions and that is good, but is it a question that has been answered elsewhere?
Do not bombard them with emails, but allow them to reply and answer your points. Treat it like a conversation.
Is your sponsor an A2A friend? Do you communicate outside SFI on something like Facebook, as many affiliates do?
If you have a good sponsor they will be sending out a Team mail and sending advice. If you are a good affiliate they will notice you and be keen to give you personal attention and help develop you.
Well that will depend on your own needs. If you feel that you need some help and assistance from your sponsor or co-sponsor you should communicate more often to get there help and assistance. If you however are not in need of urgent assistance I would say once a week is fine just to keep contact. By doing this your sponsor or co-sponsor will also see that you are in contact regularly and will send you info from there side without asking for it.
So you decide if you need some help NOW or if you just want to keep contact for future help and assistance. It is always a good thing to keep in touch even if you do not need help right at the current time. As I have said your sponsors will recognize that you are in contact say once a week, and will forward you some help and advice from there side without you asking for it, and that might just help a lot.

I think that you should try to communicate with your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor as often as you need to. Some sponsors or co-sponsors may think that more than once a week is extreme but if you need help then why not look to one of them for support. A lot of people involved in SFI seem to make it more difficult than it is. First learn everything about the SFI and Triple Clicks through the Launchpad lessons and write down questions and take notes. Then try to find the answers yourself first. If you cannot find the answers then look to your sponsor or co-sponsor for help. Just don't get discouraged if you don't get an answer right away, remember you are not their only affiliate. Do the same with learning SFI basics and the Internet Income Courses. Just remember you should contact your sponsor and co-sponsor also when you want to offer something or tell them how you are doing, not just when you need help. I hope this answers your question and helps other affiliates that are reading this. Best of luck to all in your new venture.

Well, that is really up to you. The answer is whenever you need them. If you have a question or need help, you should contact them for quick support.
However, that does not mean you shouldn't try to find the answer yourself first. If you cannot find a clarification on your problem even after your search, then you should contact your sponsor or co-sponsor for help. This way you will learn to find valuable information yourself, and not only rely upon your sponsor and/or co-sponsor.

I think there is no rule how often you should communicate with you sponsor or co-sponsor or some of you're uplines.
Every time you will need help about something don't hesitate and talk with them. If your sponsor is someone you know private ,it's great because you will be more comfortable when you will talk to him.
I'm happy about it because my sponsor is a friend of mine and I communicate frequently with him.
But however is up to you how often you will communicate with them.

Excellent question and let me try to offer something of value in my response.
We all learn after a short period of time that 'Sponsors' are typically TEAM Leaders in positions of BTL, STL, GTL, or PTL positions that have done a lot of advertising and have thousands of Affiliates under them (at least at the Gold and Platinum levels). Do they have the time to answer questions? Usually not... unless you are persistent in asking them, and don't ask 'silly' questions that could have been easily answered had you spent a little time and read the SFI materials.
The most practical advice I can give is to READ and STUDY the SFI training materials as you get started.
By all means; introduce yourself to your Sponsor and Co-sponsor. They will respond if they see that you are serious. Too many people start off thinking they will get rich overnight and don't even bother to read the SFI Basics or LaunchPad training materials! Sorry. But's that's the truth.
If you want to develop a relationship with your Sponsor and/or Co-sponsor, take the time and effort to initiate communication.

I think you should communicate as often as you think is necessary. I always send a weekly Newsletter so I personally communicate at least once weekly. I include in it hints and tips which I think my Team will be able to use to progress. I also include some SFI News and some great Forum posts.
I have several Team Members who correspond with me fairly regularly and they ask questions on how to do something or other. This is great both for them and for me as if I do not know the answer it makes me research the site to find out. Questions from my Team are beneficial to both of us.
It is also great just to hear from my Team to say hello now and again and to tell me things they have found out which they think might help me.

Communication is a very important factor to succeed in SFI. It should be taken care of. The question is how often- i would say "the more the better".
You should regularly communicate with your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor who is willing to spend time answering your queries, how much busy or tired he/she is.
Communication is important because your upline wont be knowing your problems or even dont know whether you are reading their mail at all.
We all have to work as a team, which can only happen if we communicate with your upline as well as downline regularly.

You could communicate with you sponsor and co-sponsor as many times as you wish, if they allow you. I communicate with my sponsor on a daily basis, but we became friends and that might make a difference.
Your sponsor is there to help you, but, in all probability, you would not be your sponsor's only PSA and therefore you should respect your sponsor's privacy and time. Allow your sponsor time to talk to other PSA's as well.
How often do I communicate with sponsors? I would suggest at least once a week. In my case I am still learning so I contact my sponsor as often as I have any questions or problems that I just cannot figure out. I also contact my co-sponsor to thank him for his support and input. Sometimes I just contact them with any news updates.I also contact them if I have suggestions and see whether that would or could work, to improve my ability to be a great sponsor. I sincerely hope that this helps.
