it's a great idea to reassing your PSA to your own PSA.
With that, you praise and appreciate efforst of your own affiliates.
Also, for each affiliate you reassign to a team member you get 5 VP if one has generated a minimum of 600 VP in past 90 days. And - the same affiliate you reassigned stays in your downline.
Yes, I think it is a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their country, but I also think that you would have to ask them if they are able to follow new PSAs, and do not reassign active PSAs.
Active PSAs could not agree to change their Sponsor, if they are active, go on working with them.
Plain and simple, you would be avoiding a challenge and not solving the problem. This is an international business and the PSA also has to learn to conduct an International business. There are too many tools like Google Translate that can help bridge the gap. There are Bi-lingual affiliates here for just about any language who would be glad to help as well.
Avoiding contact because it's difficult makes your business and your PSA's business weak and ready to fail!

My answer is: NOT AT ALL! SFI is an international business and all of us involved in it
should approach it as an international business! I think that the essential
qualification anyone should have before getting into SFI business is international language we call ENGLISH.
It is better idea to encourage your PSAs to get the basics of ENGLISH then to reassign them to someone from their own country.
Hope my answer is helpfull!!!
Greetings to All new Sign Ups as well as old school EA2s and above!!!

This is the best idea for you if you can't speak English. You will teach your PSA quickly and understandable. Maybe it is good idea to create a facebook group with your PSA for your country for your langauge for better comunnicate all you headed by you, and create a downline only for your country PSA.
I hope that helped you With this response
Did the affiliate involved put in a request to be re-assigned? if yes then its okay to re-assign him/her. But if not, then i don't think there is a need for it. Though me i don't bother if am re-assigned or not, all am after is to do this business, SFI....
Reassignment of PSAs is one of Unique features of SFI,not to be found elsewhere. Reassigning is a tool to encourage one of our PSAs, who work hard,by giving them another to strengthen his team and effort. Team Leaders, who go on recruiting people through various means, needs to look after the interests of his PSAs.So he reassigns some, to other PSAs, who are hardworking and capable to look after their teams. Team Leader benefits by this and also ensures that his good PSAs are rewarded.
We in SFI work across the globe ,having people of different countries and languages.Hence reassigning PSAs to a person of their own country is a good move.Facility of talking/communicating to someone of the same place and language can be of great advantage for everyone. We know thousands of people join SFI and drop out on the same day. A leader from the same place and language can be of some help to remove this problem.
A word of caution. Before reassigning ,assess the emotions of the person who will have to communicate to someone else- a new one, of the same rank etc. When you were his leader, he/she may have felt assured and now for him everything new. Reassignment may totally disillusion him and make him to stop working. Take the PSA in into confidence, explain about the concept of reassignment and do it.

I would reasign people to other that are doing well and work the business. The same for the people that you reasign. People that do not work the business at all should be tried to be be motived. It is the people that do the business that you want to reasign, These are to people that will make your business grow.
Opinions are divided!
It does not matter whether you'll overwrite your PSA unekoj country, but how they aktivni.Svakako to facilitate their communication and local level in the native language, but it is not the decisive factor.
Again, a bit on the nihova that can incite them through PSA Mailer translate a message on Google translate.Prevod is not perfect, but understands the essence, and Isam token that you support one's work is sufficient stimulus for his work.
Good luck!
