Dear Marjorie

Yes! Absolutely! It is 100% a good idea to reassign your PSA's to someone in their own country. Kindly note that you can only assign PSA to PSA and a PSA can only be assigned once. Besides the main reasons for reassignment which are LEVERAGE and Developing Team Leaders, the primary reason why this is VERY Important is:

If your PSA's first language is not English then it would be a very good idea to reassign them to someone from whom they share the same country

Yes, it is always a good idea to reassign PSAs to someone from their own country. The reasons are many to include:

1. They know each other's language and customs.

2. They know more about the market locally.

3. The may actually be in proximity of each other so that they can collaborate in person. This way they provide moral support and gain a stronger affinity for teamwork.

4. It will encourage duplication of affiliates.

These

Absolutely! Especially if the primary language is different from yours, as communication is the key to team building. When you reward a PSA with a new team member, you not only give him/her the opportunity to build their team, but that person will still be part of your downline.

I often find that people sign in and start well, but then stop working all of a sudden. I fear it is a lack of understanding many times due to the language barrier, If your PSA can more effectively communicate

I think it is a brilliant idea to reassign PSAs to someone in their own country. When you receive PSAs in non English speaking countries it is difficult for both parties to express themselves and be fully understood.

I know we have Google Translate plus several other types of online translation sites but the level of understanding with these translation sites is often lost and comes out sometimes rather garbled and unprofessional.

If I have a fairly new PSA who is from

Reassigning affiliates from the same country can be good when there is a language barrier or when there is a difference in business attitudes to your own. It may be easier for your PSA to motivate team members from their own country when this is the case.

Having said that it is also good to reassign affiliates from different countries so there is a learning process and people can come together in business with different business ideas.

One aspect of reassigning affiliates to

Reassignment is one of the greatest tools that SFI came up with. When you reassign newbies to someone who is active and has goals like you. The one who understand the basic reasons as to why He or she is in SFI, Then chances of success becomes very much. What we need to know is that reassignment is not done just for the sake of it. Last month I reassigned an Affiliate of mine to a very great promising PSA only for me to receive a request in my mail of the PSA opting out.

Before you decide

Hello, Marjorie:

If you are going to reassign a PSA, then I think it is a great idea to reassign them to someone in their own country!

If you do that, it reduces the risk of communication issues and gives them a greater sense of the SFI opportunity being "real". It shows them that they are not alone in their country and not alone in the SFI business.

If it is someone in their own community, or within visiting distance, all the better! There can be great

It actually depends with your reason for reassigning them with someone in their own country.
First of all I'm my iwn opinion I think it is a good idea due to several factors which might include but not limited to factors like language barriers among others. Also, they might be able to set up meetings to discuss how they can build their team face to face unlike when you are overseas, the best you can do is communicate via e-mail or telephone which can be costly depending on the media used

Hello Marjorie,

If you are having a communication barrier and have the capacity to reassign an affiliate to someone within their own country, I would say go for it.

The communication barrier will most likely not be a problem for them anymore and the new sponsor may know things about the culture and ethics of the country that you do not know.

Having said that, this is going to be a matter of how well you have been dealing with that particular PSA and if they have asked

President Gery says that reassigning is generally a good idea, because it helps you build your team, and motivates your PSAs who get a new member in their team.

This is what I ask myself before reassigning my PSAs:

- Are they happy with me as a Sponsor? Would they like to be reassigned? (I know I don't want my Sponsor to reassign me)

- Are they doing well in SFI? If not, is the language/cultural barrier the reason? (If it is, they might really benefit from being reassigned
