First of all, thank you for wanting to be your best, it shows how comitted and serious you are.
To be the best affiliate;
1. You must like what you do and give it your all by making every effort to learn the system and apply what you learn.
2. Manage your time accordingly, make sure you review and complete your to-do list daily.
3. Be ready to share what you have learned with family and friends (sharing is caring)
4. Teach your downline how to be the best affiliates and avail yourself to them offering advice and help whenever the request.
5. Learning is a proccess, so keep going over the trainings (leaders are readers)
6. Lastly, be patient and don't be quick to give up (success don't happen overnight)

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

It actually depends with your reason for reassigning them with someone in their own country.
First of all I'm my iwn opinion I think it is a good idea due to several factors which might include but not limited to factors like language barriers among others. Also, they might be able to set up meetings to discuss how they can build their team face to face unlike when you are overseas, the best you can do is communicate via e-mail or telephone which can be costly depending on the media used
Another reason is the culture and how people of different origins approach different situations in this marketing approach.
And finally, it will be easier for them to learn from each other when it comes to what works in terms of approaching small businesses in their country
Other than the above, you can try working with them the best you can because I think that will help expose you to different people and culture. And you never know, you might even benefit by them connecting you with affiliates and ECA abroad.
I hope this help.

I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

Personally, my sponsor has been my mentor. I have also contacted some of the affliates who have been with SFI longer and poses several budges to include platinum and they have been very helpful on guiding me on what to do..in just three weeks since I joined have learned alot and achieved Silver team leader.
So my advice is, you upline and support center. Just commit yourself and go over the trainings and you will be fine. Learning is a process and so is business. In every job you must be willing to learn and work hard. Don't be afraid to ask any questions whenever in doubt.

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Hello there!
First of all I would like to thank you for asking this question because most of us overlook it yet its very important. I don't think there is a set limit as to how many times you should communicate to your sponsor. But you should always try and make sure that you use the support desk and the forums first to check if whatever you want to ask is already answered there first.
