Affiliates most understand that the need for communication is very important when as one continue to grow with SFI. Most times urgent news might be going round, and affiliates needs to respond to allow the Sponsor know they got the message.
So, to allow affiliates respond to messages,
- State it clearly during their first week of Training with SFI, that its very important to stay in communication with Team Leaders/Sponsor. This will build in them the act to respond to the messages.
- Demand for response to the message sent to them. Sometimes, affiliates may think there's no need to respond to messages, since their wasn't demand for it. So as a Sponsor, request for respond.
- Once in a week, state in your Stream Post, the importance of communication. And why affiliates need to respond to there Sponsor's messages. Ask if they have got the last message, and wait for those who did and does who didn't.
- Once in a while, try to send E-cards to them, appreciating their efforts and participation so far. Put out questions to them and tell them you await their response and comments.
- Sometimes, you can make a post on your blog, or website. Ask them to visit and comments t to receive gifts and recognition.
Don't get discouraged over their act if not responding to mails. Keep sending them useful tips, news and development at SFI. Also never waste time at responding to their requests and questions.
