My advice to you ,is to keep supporting,encouraging and motivate them regardless of situation ,we succeed only when they are, encourage them to follow SFI Rules of Success.Read it over and over,for readers are leaders.
I think the team will be positive When you see it moving forward in the right direction. Encouragement why Something You Should Work and Achieve better results. A good example must be unconditional. See harm someone works and achieves results. The only way to get a feel human. The goal is to be in every picture. Get good tips, good Opportunities and then we start working together. They see the light at the end of the tunnel. This is Very Important.
If you have a team members that has a negative attitude about SFI maybe try to explain and show to them your achievements in SFI so that they can prove it that SFI is real deal.Be patient by motivating them so they will understand well on how to build thier own business in that way maybe they will turn to a positive one.Never give up on explaining for them.Wish my answer can help.

Tell them to be honest with themselves. They have to know what exactly is causing their negative attitude. Explain them the consequences of negative attitude. They have to change the way they are looking at the SFI business. Write positive quotes and remind them of positive things about SFI. Help them. Simple acts of kindness and help can do wonders.
You are the one! You have to lead your team. Stay positive all the time, show them the advantage of this business. How you behave most of your team will behave.
If they see you satisfied then they will change their minds.
Share everyday news from the Company. Share your achievements. Show them all great news we have.

If it takes the same amount of time to convert a negative attitude as it might just to find someone that is already positive, then your time and resources need to be spent finding and working with those with a positive attitude toward SFI.

At first me also have negative thought about SFI but after I tried to learn it and don't let others distract me, I surely recommend SFI is the best.
