For me the great welcome gift is sending them an E-card.Welcoming thier on your groups of affiliates and tell them that you are thier to help them build up thier SFI BUSINESS.Motivate them very well on how to become successful in SFI.And then when you see thier dedication in doing their business then it's time to give them a gift,either tcredits or gc.

There are so many ways to communicate with your downline.You can communicate by sending weekly mails,send e-card,post to your Stream,you can message them thru inbox.But I think for me the best way to communicate well for them is by adding them in your cicle or Facebook so you can monitor and motivate them well and make a group chatting for better result.

SFI really needs credit/debit card for payment but if you really want to build a successful business you will find a way how.I don't have credit/debit card too but I find a way on how I can purchase an SO every month.I send money to my Sponsor so he can give me gc to purchase SO every month coz I really want to succeed in my business.I'm very thankful to my Sponsor because he trust me.Andnow how I wish to get debit payoneer card to SFI and I can help my downlines to have therir too to help build up our business.

If you have a team members that has a negative attitude about SFI maybe try to explain and show to them your achievements in SFI so that they can prove it that SFI is real deal.Be patient by motivating them so they will understand well on how to build thier own business in that way maybe they will turn to a positive one.Never give up on explaining for them.Wish my answer can help.

In my opinion I think no need to prepare for your retirement in SFI.SFI gives us a lifetime business and if you really can't do business anymore you can tranfer it to any of your family member that is willing to do your job.So if you really want to retire soon better train one of your family member on how to do and build your SFI BUSINESS.
