Hello dear Magadalena.

A "team with a negative attitude about" a company could be so recognized by many conditions: absence, business behavior, criticism and other ones. Depending of their formation and business vision. Or also of their budgetary capacity to participate in the business with some investment even with few amount.

There are useful manners you can change concerning negative attitude for people with good faith and open mind.

First, to change a negative person to positive, you must be very positive person because you can not give out what you do not have.

Be sure to tell them that is not a get rich quick, is not for lazy people, it take hard work and time to build sfi business, providing great earrings over time.

Refer them to Launchpad and sfi rules of success.

Follow them up carefully and patiently and some will become positive

I pour the importance of self development to my team members daily. Remember, the only person who can take action is the individual. How do you know they have a negative attitude? If they communicated with you you are in a good position to address their negative perceptions.

Attitudes are mostly based on perceptions. It is not always based on reality and facts. How many times in your life did you enter into the unknown? You need to be positive and upbeat in all your communications with your team. This is of up most importance.

You want your team not only to have a positive attitude towards SFI but also excited about it. Even if you manage to change their attitude from negative to positive it would do you absolutely no good at all if they dont do the work. Getting them excited about SFI will greatly help them to start working and keep on working and growing their businesses.

The positive attitude sometimes can lead to disappointment. Try to persuade the positive people to be positive toward SFI as well. What to do, however, with their negative attitude?
I propose here a LID model for changing perception, attitude and goals.

Lead your team by personal example and attitude.
Insist on legality of the business and realistic expectations.
Demystify the misconception and misleads.

Identify the cancer! If the whole Team has a negative attitude, it might be YOU! Ask for feedback, you can't fix what you don't know.

Address everything head-on. If someone complains about not being able to recruit, for example, ask them what they have tried. They will probably give you 2 or 3 things. Now, give them a healthy list of new things they can do, and ask them if they are willing to try it.

Lead by example. Show them what you are doing and try to inspire them from that point. Let them know that there is no time limit on working in SFI. It is not a race. Encourage them to read and be helpful to them when they need the help. Have them read the testimonials of other affiliates and let them know if anyone else can do it, they can do. Are your team members communicating with you? If they are, then they have some trust in you and what you say.

Go through your list of negative affiliates and individually ask them what turned them negative. It could be a misconception of something they read.

Explain to them in detail the actual facts and they may start to see that they can do this.

A friend told me that, "when you are paid i will start". The reason is simple, the internet is not a perfectplace and so could not be always be trusted.

Taking me for examble, SFI, could have been a far fetch idea if not that i had a knowledge of web marketing and ecommerce stuff. So, i knew it would be likely be a real money making ground.
