Approaching the CEO of any organization you wish to invite to become an ECA wouldn't be a problem if you have asked the right questions and gotten the right answer from the right people. You need to draw down a plan on how to go about meeting any VIP before approaching. Have this questions first, before asking them to become an ECA with TripleClicks.

Why should the CEO allow the company become an ECA with Trippeclicks?
What product do they manufacture, market of advertise?

Good day Marlene,

Offline marketing can be easy, if you possess the skills that can engage a prospective client or customer. Likewise, communication is very key as one on one communication involves body language, facial expression, eye contact etc.

Before we approach a CEO or VIP of a Multinational company, we need to prepare ourselves with:-

1. SFI letter headed papers.
2. ECA flyers with your referral links and contact details.
3. ECA forms.
4.

Approaching the CEO or other VIP of a large national company to become ECA is feat worth preparing for. It is a Big challenge!

Like David in the Holy Scripture, you only have a slingshot and a few stones in your pocket to kill the giant Goliath.

So preparation is crucial.

As CEOs and other VIPs of large corporations will be difficult to approach, their lofty positions require them to be surrounded by numerous staff who have individual duties ad responsibilities.

Clearly you understand that you are not likely to be able to walk into the office of the CEO of a fortune 500 company and present the ECA program to them. What you have to do is to follow the chain of command. There is likely to be a gate keeper in the organization affiliated with marketing. This person is likely to be a sales manager or the marketing manager at a first-level management position. This is the person you need to build rapport with.

I would ask for an appointment

The most important thing is to do your homework first!

Study exactly what products they offer. Do they already have a mail order business? How much do they spend each month on product advertising? Are they a regional marketer, or are they already international? You want to be able to show how you can deliver more bang for the buck with the TripleClicks system, so to speak. You want to look at it from their perspective, and be able to deliver a viable reason they should consider marketing

Most of our present ECAs are retailers with existing stores, strictly e-Commerce stores, or artisans who sell what they produce. All of these businesses are equipped or capable of swerving the individual buyers, including the details of shipping products to them.

When driving the streets of ones own city, it is easy to think about the great wealth we could have if we refer the manufacturing companies and the large, national retail corporations. So after getting a few referrals to ones

How would you approach the CEO or other VIP of a large, national company to become an ECA?

Firstly be very selective about the company. Are you familiar with the products? Do you love them? Would you be enthusiastic about selling them yourself?
If the answer is 'yes' to these questions, then carefully write a business letter to the CEO.

Make your letter business like. Use TripleClicks letterhead paper (which you can purchase at TC), and use the correct business format.

Irrespective of the size of the company you have set your sights on to become ECA, your approach should be exactly the same as in dealing with all sizes and types of businesses.

Professionalism is the word.

Build up your profile and SFI/TCs profile within your local community first.

You want your prospect ECAs to be aware of you and familiar with SFI/TC even before you approach them. Ideally they would be already curious or interested to know about SFI/TC. It would
