Unfortunately, I believe, there is no quickest way/shortcuts to reach the prestigious rank of DTL, because it is going to take time and alot of dedication and patience to grow your team to include 5 PTL's in your first generation.
So the best option would be to sponsor as many new affiliates as possible, and helping your movers to advance in rank, their success is directly proportional to your success, so work with your team, and motivate them to gain their own team of 5 PTL's.

With what I have seen in my short time of being with SFI, there is only 1 way to become a Diamond Team Leader. That is with working and building your business.
This means daily activity with your business and with your team.
There is no quick ride to the top.
You have to advance one step at a time and you have to have a team in place that will do the same. That takes hard work.
In my opinion there is no quickest way here. It is long-term business and here rush and speed are your worst enemy.You must work patiently and be dedicated,only then you will achieve results and create great team. This is team work and without team it's hard to achieve and advance to something. If you wish to earn quickly then you are in wrong place.Sory I do not want to offend anybody, I'm only realistic and frank.
What is the quickest way to advance from affiliate...all the way to Diamond Team Leader?
There is no other way than working hard. You have to invest your time in your business. advertise it, bid for PSAs, include S-Builder in your Standing Order.
Once you have a team, support them to become EA2s and Team Leaders. I promise you you'll become a Diamond Team Leader in no time.

Irrespective that SFI has fast tracker but would one stand to gain when your formula does not work for your affiliates. It would not be nice and you would end of inactive PSAs or CSAs.

The quickest way to become a Diamond Team Leader is to put that achievement to the back of your mind when setting your priorities.
Instead, focus on helping your top producing PSAs become the best they can be;
- re-assign less productive PSAs to them - you only need 5 in your first generation
- work with them as closely as possible - think of yourself as their coach
- send them DD invitations - give them the extra prestige and incentives on offer
- reward and recognize their achievements - success breeds success
When you are successful in helping 5 people become Platinum Team Leaders, then it is time to start thinking about earning any extra VP you might need to become a DTL.
Also, focus on quality rather than quantity when recruiting. Think of your ads as filters rather than magnets.

The quickest way to advance to Dimond is to recruit as many new affiliates as possible in as many different ways as you can.
Also recruiting ECA's will increased your commissions and your rank.
Communicate with your team members on how to build their teams with duplication to strengthen their teams, which strengthens your team, which strengthens all of us because it strengthens SFI.
