This is an important question because SFI is an International organization, we recruit Affiliates from all over the world. Of course many people do not speak or understand English.

SFI has a "translate" button at the bottom of every page, so it is important you let your new signups know straight away that they can have everything offered on SFI translated to their own language. I would put this information in my welcome letter.

Next I would suggest they join a forum for their country

Recommend they join a2a and request people from their own country to 'friend' them and they will have common ground on which to move forward on. Having a few friends in their own country will make them feel less isolated and they can form friendships and help each other.

The Affiliates can still contact you even if they write in their own language - all you have to do is click on translate!
There really are no barrriers because SFI have made it easy for us all!!

SFI provides you with all the necessary training materials, a massive knowledge base in the forum you can refer, a translation platform you can use and show them how to use, there are various websites that assist with translation, Google and for difficult languages i.e. Russian, you can use local web translators to assist them.

The art of convincing people who do not speak English to join SFI and to work with you lies in the “Psychology of Convincing”. Convincing someone to believe you is all about convincing them to either accept a new belief or update their knowledge or beliefs about an existing idea. Belief. Knowledge. Sceptics. Not all people will accept your ideas from the first attempt but the good news is that there are rules that can increase your chance of convincing other people to believe you. If the person you want to convince has prior knowledge or experience about what you're trying to convince them with then your primary goal is to shake their beliefs and to prove them wrong. After doing that you can present them with your own idea, SFI. If the person does not have a previous idea about SFI then you can just start by telling them about your beliefs in SFI right away.

To increase the probability of your success when trying to convince someone these techniques are:
Shaking Existing Beliefs if any.
Provide Proof of SFI’s success for the Skeptic.
Program Their Subconscious Mind.
Believing in Your Idea.
Repetition and the Law of Attraction.

Be more assertive and confident. Speak in a confident way, use confident body language gestures, use a confident tone of voice and you will find that the person will start tuning in to your beliefs about SFI quite quickly.

Personal mentoring may be the best technique to train them and show them the SFI way.

Hard work and persistence will pay off, like anything in life, they have to believe as much as you do that SFI is a tried and tested successful affiliate program.

If you want to grow and succeed in this business, first of all try and introduce your

By doing these, you will be able to introduce people who predominantly speak your own regional language & they can understand and learn things about SFI quickly and it will be easier for you to work and grow with them.

Once you are able to build a Strong Team you can then focus on people from other areas speaking different language and not speaking English.

For such people, visual media is the best. Show them the products that you bought from TripleClicks. Where possible give a live demonstration. Have a person who can speak both English and their language. Take his/her help to explain about SFI and TripleClicks.

All these can be done by having a group meeting. If you want to do it on a person to person basis then it will be better to have the person when you do your SFI activities. Where ever you feel, you can use the Translator facility provided by SFI & make your visitor read it.

In short, if it is a group meeting, you can use the services of your friends who can speak in both English and the language of your audience. For one on one meeting, you can show how you do your activities & translate the Pages in the required language so that it will be easy for the visitor to know things & decide quickly. It can be difficult convincing English speaking people to join SFI. Convincing people who do not speak English would be the same if it is also your language.

If you cannot speak their language, convincing them may not be possible due to lack of understanding. Working with them will be difficult.

If you speak their language a little, but well enough, you could simply promote SFI to these people the best way you can. It will be easier to work with them if you can do some translation for them.

Share knowledge about SFI, the number of countries that are involved and the number of languages.

If their language is also yours, assure them that at SFI there are many affiliates from their country and many who speak their language. Share the fact that these affiliates are doing well too. If you have figures, you can give them an estimate of how many.

You can also use yourself as an example, tell your story.

You can give them figures of the number of ECA's that are from their country and links to reach them.

Sharing knowledge of the translator tool and other language resources at SFI will relieve any fears.

I believe, you don't speak English. From where you stand, you will be working with English speaking individuals, people who speak your language, and people who speak other languages.Plan now how best to communicate with them. Then tell your prospects that you have experience with this and you are sure they will fit right in. Tell them you will always be available for help.

Not speaking English, you have already used the translators and know the ins and outs of that You will be able to speak from experience and guide the non-English speakers through their early training days and beyond.

It will be much easier for you to sponsor people who speak your language, you just have to show them the translator and then monitor their understanding of SFI. As they become more steady on their feet, you can suggest a2a friends with the same language and the Forum with the Categories of your Country and Region.

People who speak a third language may be a little harder to convince to join. You will have more work helping them get started, but they will have to translate your language and English. They may not want to do all of that.

If you have time, you can translate your letters to them and their letters to you. That could take a lot of time, time you won't have with a big team.They must be taught to do it themselves.No successful businessman has someone else do all his work.

You will find that these people need to become excited about SFI. Give them some facts and figures.Tell them some success stories. Get them excited about their hopes and dreams. Assure them that they can do it and you will help.

If you do speak English, then you must tell them about the translators, the Forum rooms for them, and about the many others who do not speak English but who have succeeded.

You can convince people who do not speak English to join SFI and work with you by giving them a lot of examples.

You should tell them that SFI is international job and that knowledge of English is desirable but not must-have skill to success.

You should tell them that maybe dozens or hundreds of thousands or even more affiliates do not now English but working in SFI. If they live in country with several millions of citizens, tell them that they have several millions of potential affiliates so they don't need to communicate in English with their affiliates at all.

To do SFI work, they have Translation tool integrated into every single page of SFI and TripleClicks, local SFI support groups and many documents already translated by older SFI sffiliates.

At the end, the fact that new SFI affiliate is not speaking English is a real challenge and big opportunity for him/her to start learning and benefit from that.

Today, we are living in world where internet plays most important role to update daily to daily needs.

Firstly, try to know what is mother tongue of affiliate, we can judge his primary language by country & region of affiliate.
You should well know what is you want to tell him? Note down your communication on MS WORD format.
Open the search on www.google.co.in & write google translator & click. Google translator will open on desktop.
Select English From tab & Affilaite language (ex: Hindi) on To Tab
Copy MS Word communication & paste on specified place.
Select submit tab.
Now communcation is ready in affiliate's monther tongue.

We can mail this communication on his mail or whatsapp.

This will very impressible & affiliate can understand all which you want to teach him. His sincereity will improve on SFI platform.

On later stage, he will try to understand english as you did.

Now a days, it is very difficult to believe that people are not aware or they do not understand the English language. As for example you too are from a country that has a different language than English. But you did join the SFI and are a successful affiliate too on top of that.

Having said that, let’s assume that your prospect who wants to join the SFI business does not speak the English. On the contrary, he/she speaks ‘Harvatski’. In this case you need to do the following:

Tell her to join you, while joining if she/he does not understand an English word, they can use ‘Google Translate’ And after joining, and logging in, they need to go to the right hand corner of the home page and locate their National Flag on the bottom right hand side. There is a drop down tool that leads to various languages of the world.

Once they click on the required language, the whole pages and programs of SFI appear in that particular language. What a fantastic facility SFI program has provided to its affiliates from all over the world.
