1. We follow THE PLAN to achieve the highest Team Leadership Status.

3. To continue recruiting PSAs and have a solid team of at least 5 active PSAs to be able to follow the plan.

4. Ensure diligent affiliates have a Standing Order as a sign of commitment to SFI.

SFI is a business of sales and relationship building. Make a commitment to get more sales and work on building better relationships with people.

To get more sales, you will need to do more advertising and marketing. The other alternative is to buy affiliates or co-op shares.

Use your relationship skills to get your prospects from your marketing efforts to convert into productive and active PSAs.

There are a ton of books and videos on the subject on relationship building in business on the Internet. Use a search engine like Google to find these resources. Make a habit to learn more about relationship building.

Remember relationship building is not being someone’s friend - it’s understanding people and knowing how they think. In other words, it’s relating to people. If you don’t understand your prospects and ultimately your leads, you will never be in the best position to help them.

There are many ways in which an individual affiliate can help SFI have a big year in 2016. In light of the recent change ( new TL requirements added) and in conjunction with the latest innovations such as the Signing Bonus, Milestone Shares, new simpler VesaPoints rules, Designated Diamonds, The Biz Quiz, etc. an affiliate can start realizing his/her potential of being an SFI affiliate.

Here are steps that an individual affiliate can help in making SFI have a big year in 2016:

- Log in everyday and make sure to make use of each day maximizing on performing all activities that promotes your SFI bussiness.

- Allocate time to widen your knowledge base one topic at a time, making your goal to learn how to use SFI tools and resources extensively.

- Focus in acquiring the necessary marketing skills by going through your Marketing and Training tabs. Don't just read, but rather try applying what you have learned. If you face some challenges in your application, be resourceful you can turn to SFI Forum, Ask SC, Sponsor/Upline, SFI desk, etc.

- Maximize your participation in SFI Forum to brainstorm how each one could contribute to a bigger SFI in 2016 and encourage other affiliates to intensify their level of growth promoting activities with their SFI businesses. Furthermore you should also actively participate in Ask SC, playing EZ games, Pricebender auctions and the new Biz Quiz. For each day that you participate in those activities, you'll promoting both SFI and TripleClicks to become bigger.

- If you're a Team Leader, be sure to take advantage of the Designated Diamond program. Identify five serious PSAs in your team and designate them to become Diamond Team Leaders. You're going to work with them closely towards achieving their ultimate goal of being Diamond Team Leaders. There is so much one can do to help SFI have a BIG year in 2016. I sincerely hope that every business center will consider all of the following:

1. Recruit more ECAs. ECAs bring products to TripleClics and therefore more sales and commissions.

2. Refer more TripleClicks members. Every member has lifetime value. With everyone purchase, the EP is increased when currency is used.

3. Sponsor more PSAs! Yep, the more the merrier. Why? They help sell products which builds the EP which provides an income stream for all EAs.

4. Recruit more SFIPPAs. Yep, this builds the pool of second home CSAs

5. Promote at least 10 products a day. The key to sales is to promote, promote, and promote.

Starting 2016, we had received many beneficial announcements from SFI which include:

1. Milestone Shares
2. Designated Diamonds
3. Simplified VersaPoints rules
4. More VersaPoints opportunities

All these were introduced with an intention to help every affiliate to grow and succeed here. If this is understood with more clarity then every one will grab the opportunities with both hands and start working with great plans and strategies to achieve set goals.

The set goals will be:

1. To Build the Team;
2. Help the Team Members to grow and become Leaders with their own Teams;
3. Natural growth of the Sponsors (since they helped their Teams to grow)

Hence, every one will be able to "Grow More and Earn More "

When members grow continuously, its very natural that SFI grows bigger!

This is one side.

We all can earn by promoting and selling of TripleClicks products. Every day more and more ECAs register with TripleClicks. More and more products are getting introduced. Most of the products are very attractive to all of us.
