This is a very good question.

When first joining SFI and beginning to read, doing the actions and completing the Launchpad in one day, you can become a BTL. This is not advisable, because it will cause confusion and many will never be able to make BTL the next month, unless they are experienced and can start working and helping their new team.

Once you become a BTL, you will receive CSAs to start helping them learn to work with a team.

Also, your sponsor may transfer PSAs from their team to you. This can become hard for some new affiliates to handle.

I advise my new affiliates to read the Start, Basics and then START the Launchpad. If they are reading a Launchpad page each day and then read the Forum, Ask SC questions and answers each day, this will help them understand it is best to go slow and learn.

SFI is not a competition, but a business for each of us. I consider everyone on my team a partner. We are each working for the same goal, becoming successful and increase our income. I have found those that have a different primary language then English, do work slower and succeed much better.

After the first month, it is harder to be a BTL without a working team, but you can do this. It is important to understand that you must show up daily and do ALL your To-Do list for the Monthly, Weekly and Daily AVPs. These will give you 532 VPs each month. Which means you must play Games and enter the Auctions until you have at least 500 AVPs. This will also give you SVPs and MRPs. The MRPs can be used to buy items and T-Credits. First I’ll answer your question based on the current SFI system; you’ll be able to earn 1000 AVP to attain BTL without any team members by doing the following:

- Logging in daily performing your To-Do List, you’ll get approximately 400 – 500 AVP per month.

- Participating in Pricebenders auctions max. 600 AVP/month and EZ games 250 AVP/month.

The steps above combine accumulation of free AVP and purchasing of TCredits to be used for bidding and playing EZ games thereby accumulating more AVP to fulfill the required AVP for BTL rank.

If your long term goal is to achieve residual income then this strategy will not make you successful in the long run. Logically, it doesn’t make sense to be a Team Leader without team members.

SFI has introduced recently about the additional Team Leader (TL) qualification. This recent change should bring back the emphasis on Duplication. This additional Team Leader qualification will take effect by the end of Jan. 2016.

To help Team Leaders achieve and maintain their TL status in a true sense, they have to focus on helping their PSAs in their development and growth. To train and support them to become, maintain EA and encourage them to move up to TL rank. For example, if one has to become a Bronze TL aside from 3000 VP (SVP + AVP), maintaining Leadership page and minimum 3-star sponsor rating from PSAs (not required if you receive less than 5 ratings), he/she should have at least 1 EA2 of his/her first Generation. The additional qualification for STL is to have at least two first-level BTLs and so on.

This might prove to be a real challenge for everyone aspiring to achieve and maintain TL rank. This change will require your determination, persistence, patience and perseverance but it’s well worth the effort. Besides earning your monthly commissions, you’ll have the opportunity to be a part of something bigger and better, to have s positive effect on others and to develop close relationship with your team members.

As new affiliates join SFI and TripleClicks one of the first things they see is that when you become a Bronze Team Leader you start to receive what is known as “matching VP” (VersaPoints) which when acquired can be a boost to your commission earnings.

As of the date of this answer (12/09/2015) earning a thousand action VersaPoints and having 2000 sales VersaPoints you would become a Bronze Team Leader and be eligible to collect matching VP from EA2s in your team.

Starting in January 2016 there is one more qualifying requirement for a Bronze Team Leader and that is to have at least one (1) PSA (Personally Sponsored Affiliate) EA2 on your first level.

With this new qualification it would be useless to attempt to reach the Bronze Team Leader level without an EA2 that you have personally sponsored on your first level.

It would be much better to put your investment of time and money into helping your first level Affiliates reach the Executive level two months in a row.

As you are helping your down-line teammates, they will learn by the example you are showing. So when they start receiving new affiliates into their group they will also start helping their teammates become EAs also. That is known as Duplication – and it is the fastest path to advancement in levels and in income.

As the saying goes; “Help as many people as you can to become successful and you will become successful.”

One of the things I have said to my teammates many times is that; “I plan to make it to the top levels of SFI and I want to take as many of you (Teammates) with me as I can.” This is achieved by helping my teammates more than I help myself.

In following this method I know that I will reach the Diamond level sooner than I expect because my main focus will be on creating Platinum Team leaders with the teammates that wish to follow my example.

How can I earn 1000 AVP for the status of BTL if I do not have any team members yet?

Jasna, this question is very topical at this time because you only have this month, to December 31 2015, to achieve BTL in this way. From January 2016 you will need at least one EA2 to become BTL – but the VP, both SVP and AVP requirements don’t change.

Unlike most SFI Affiliates I believe we should strive for the highest ranking we can obtain each month in SFI regardless of whether we have an active team or not. I believe we should always be using the SFI system to our best advantage. So I have given a lot of thought to this question and I have tried to teach my (predominantly inactive) team how this may be done.

It’s obvious from the wording of your question that you don’t have any problem achieving 2,000 SVP each month, because that is the first thing that we should do – obtain the maximum SVP available for the rank which we wish to achieve. And for BTL that is 2,000 SVP. That means you only have to find 1,000 AVP to become BTL.

I shall assume that you use a SO to help you obtain your 2,000 SVP each month. And the SO will give you 100 AVP too.

I shall also assume that you are fully conversant with the FREE AVP you can earn just by doing the Daily, Weekly and Monthly ACTIONS and that you are doing ALL of these EACH day. These will give you about 472 AVP each month (30 x 12 + 23 x 4 + 20 x 1).

Hence your question is asking how can you earn the shortfall of 428 AVP (1,000 – 100 – 472).

There are many ways to do this. Let me just tell you what I do. I bid on Pricebender Auctions and play Eager Zebra games. We can earn up to 600 PB bids per month at a cost of one TCredit per bid and earn I AVP for each; and we can play up to 250 EZ games per month, also at a cost of one TCredit per game and earn 1 AVP for each.

I like playing Card King because it gives me the change to win CSAs, MRPs, TCredits and AVPs and I ALWAYS win some of these each month. I only play the one TCredit CK games though – there are four of these available each day.

And I make up the rest of the AVP I need by bidding on PB auctions. I try to win one but I also choose the Double MRP auctions if I can.

So you need 428 TCredits to do these two things OR less if you have some WINNINGS – for instance 10 TCredits for being EA, 5 AVP from the “Spin & Win” contest in the SFI Newsletters, and 2 TCredits per day in T-Time. This things and the possibility of winning something in the Daily Grand and Daily Crown probably mean that you only need 400 TCredits.

This will cost you $116.00 (4 x $29 for 4 packs of 100 TCredits) And you will also win between 3 and 4 PSAs in “Bid & Build.”

While building and supporting a team should certainly be a goal - imagine having 10 PSAs in your team who are EA2, each earning you 100 AVP every month that they maintain rank! - there are also many other ways to earn 1000 AVP each month.

I am going to include the AVP for Daily Actions in all my ways below, because I feel that these AVP are important.

It is in the Daily Actions section of the To Do List that one keeps up to date with what's happening at SFI. This helps one run a better business.

It is also a neglect of doing the Daily Actions that one regrets just before the end of a month when one is just a few AVP short of reaching a new rank or maintaining one's previous month's rank.

1. FREE WAYS

Good day Jasna,

Earning 1000 AVP is quite easier to obtain if you have a consistent and active team. From the latest SFI news that as from January 2016, that you can only become a BTL(Bronze Team Leader) if you have at least an EA in your 1st generation.

In my own opinion, i would advise that as you join or after your second month in SFI, you should start recruiting affiliates. You continue to recruit until you are fortunate to have 5 active affiliates and inturn teach them to duplicate your actions and with that, the sky would be the limit as you can rise beyond the rank of a Bronze Team Leader (BTL).

Ways to recruit PSAs coud be through the folowing ways:-

1. Word of mouth to friends, relatives, family membersand colleagues at your office.

2. Advertising yor links on paid and free web sites.

3. Purchasing at least 2 packs of s builder co op monthly.

4. Purchasing PSA 2 Go.

5. Advertising on social media (Facebook, Twitter or Pincreast).

These are just some of the methods of recruiting some PSAs. With some PSAs, we can work with them to make them be EA and encourage them to recruit PSAs of theirs for them to rise higher in ranks. Have in mind that for each affiliate you sponsor and acheive the rank of EA, you receive 100AVP. Imagine having five (5) active affiliates that attain EA monthly and their PSAs achieve same, then you as the sponsor will earn more and rise quickly in ranks.

Logging on a daily basis you still get AVPs. For your daily actions visiting the red tabs you get 434 AVP. For weekly AVP you get 92 AVP and monthly action 20 AVP.Also having a monthly Standing Order of over 1500 SVP will give you a bonus of 100 AVP. A summation of your weekly, daily and monthly tasks will be 646 AVP. If you then have 5 EAs in your first generation you have 500 AVP which gives you a total of 1146 AVP. With this, you can qualify easily for BTL ranks or more cause you are only required to have min of 1000AVP or 15000 AVP and 2000SVP an1500 SVP to become a BTL.

There are also otherways of obtaining AVP which could be got by:-

1. Playing Eager Zebra Games where for each t credit spent, you are entitled to 1AVP

2. By participating in the Petty Auctions. Each bid gives you 1 AVP as well as with each 10 bid you spin to get part or full PSA which can be used to build your team.

3. Review Tripleclicks products purchased and you get 25 AVP.

4. Puchasing tcredits with your mrps to get t credits to bid or play games to acquire more AVP.

5. Answer questions in ASKsc as you may be lucky to get 100 AVP for most answer voted for, 50 AVP for 2nd most voted or 25 AVP for 3rd-10th position.

In summary, we should recruit and have at least 1 EAs in our 1st generation, have a standing order of over 1500 SVP to get 100AVP bonus VP, play eager zebra games, bid, purchase and give reviews, answer Asksc combined with our Daily, Weekly and Monthly action points and our PSAs duplicate our actions, we would rise up easier and faster to be team leaders.

Because of the SFI Alert News article on Nov. 19, 2015, we will no longer be able to be BTL without having a team. Starting on Jan.31, 2016 we must have both 3000 VP plus at least one generation 1 EA2, the three stars, and a maintained Leadership Page in order to qualify for BTL.

Now, the EA2 will only bring you the 100 leadership vp so you will still need to come up with the extra vp. How many? Let's see.

How can I earn 1000 AVP for the status of BTL if I do not have any team members yet?

That's a question I am sure you must have asked before the current changes in Team Leader qualification were made. Anyway it is still a relevant question because in spite of having an EA or EA2 in our team we still need around 900 exact points. However I will guide you here how you can still get 1000 points if you don't have a team.

1) The very first thing you must do is log in daily and score all the Daily Action points. This will give you 12 points daily without spending any TCredits. That makes 12×30=360 points in a 30 days month and 372 points if its a 31 days month. If you spend 2 TCredits daily one each on Games and Pricebenders Auctions then you can score 4 additional points because you get one bonus point each for playing games and bidding for auctions. So that makes 16×30=480 points for 30 days month and 496 points if its 31 days month.

Additionally if you bid each day for Double MRP Auctions you will also accumulate 300 or 310 MRPs depending on whether it's a 30 days month or 31 days month. Also you will get 5 MRPs each day by playing any one game by spending 1 TCredit each. Thus every day you will get 15 MRPs this way. That makes 15×30=450 MRPs for a 30 days month or 465 MRPs if its 31 days month. On the last day of the month you can use 378 of those MRPs to buy 3 single TCredits one by one. Remember single TCredits can be purchased with 126 MRPs. Each purchase of single TCredit also gives you 102 sales VPs. So you get 306 VPs from MRPs alone. But you must remember that these VPs from MRPs are sales VPs and if your quota of sales VPs is full then these will not be counted as 1000 AVPs as required by you. Nevertheless, these are VPs.
Let's consider its a 30 days month so you can have 480 AVPs from Daily Action points.

2) Weekly Points : You can also score 20 points from Group Mailer and 3 points from stream posts. That makes 23 points each week and 23×4 = 92 Points. These are also AVPs. Sometimes we may have 5 such weeks in a month but let's consider only 4 weeks in a month so that makes only 92 AVPs from weekly points.

3) Monthly Action Points : You can get 5 points by reviewing Member T Connect page each month. For setting your Goals before 10th of every month also gives you 5 AVPs and Rating your sponsor and SFI also gives you 10 AVPs. So that makes 20 AVPs each month.

4) Playing Eager Zebra Games by spending TCredits can give you a maximum of 250 AVPs.

5) Bidding for Pricebenders Auctions gives you Bonus AVPs. You can get a maximum of 600 AVPs from these.

6) Downloading TC Music can give you a maximum of 50 points each month.

7) Member Listing also can give you a maximum of 50 points each month.

8) You get 100 AVPs for each activated ECAs. There is no limit in it. You can appoint as many ECAs as you can.

9) You get 25 points for Product Reviews. Again there is no limit.

10) You get 10 points each for TC Gift Cards distribution with a maximum cap of 300 AVPs each month.

Our number one priority is to build our team members, collecting only
1000 AVP is not enough by itself any more, because starting on, 01/01/2016
in addition to having 1000 AVP, we have to have at lest one first level EA2
To qualify for BTL status, so you have to work on that.

You can earn your 1000 AVP with a combination of many things, but in this
Case at least 100 AVP has to come from your first level EA2, and the rest

Our number one priority is to build our team members, collecting only
1000 AVP is not enough by itself any more, because starting on, 01/01/2016
in addition to having 1000 AVP, we have to have at lest one first level EA2
To qualify for BTL status, so you have to work on that.

You can earn your 1000 AVP with a combination of many things, but in this
Case at least 100 AVP has to come from your first level EA2, and the rest
