Leading a team can be complicated especially when there is so much to learn here at SFI. The good news is that SFI created an excellent training program that takes a person step by step through everything they need to know. The bad news is that most people don't have the patience to go through the training.

The first step to leading your team through the confusion is to find out how they were recruited. Where did they find the ad for SFI? If the person found the ad on a traffic exchange

There is a saying - how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.

Take it easy and be patient. If you are fortunate enough that your affiliates lets you know they are confused or they need help, say thank you.

Handle their confusion and questions one at a time. You can respond to the individual that asked the question or you can handle it in a team mail - if one of them is confused chances are others are too and they are just not asking.

You can give them

To be able to lead a team that is in distress , as a leader, means starting from the basis. Since you recognise that team members are confuse, that place you in a vantage position to reorganise. Confusion can result from information overload, not keeping your correspondences short and simple, or possibly it is due to pressure from you on the team members.

The first step to rebuilding your team is to reflect on your past actions at communicating to each and all members of the team. Visit

Confusion and duplication cannot certainly walk hand in hand, as the end result would be more confusion.

I think one has to first establish the cause of confusion:

1. Is it due to information overload?
2. Is it due to language barriers?
3. Is it due to difficult in discerning what is presented?

Once the cause has been established it should be addressed before any duplication can take place. Of the three causes above, the most likely are the first two. Language

Hello Sandra Pugh this is a great question.

I connect with my team by chat, tm mail, email, or facebook.

If they are confused about everything (I take them by the hand so to say) I try to get some screen shots to help, as pictures say 1000 words and this will help in giving them some kind of direction on what and how to do something.

You simply do this in order for them to follow you and what you are doing.

You can make like a pdf file to send as attachment

When there is confusion - it is time to stop the roller coaster ride and start at the beginning of the line again...

The above statement was told to me by a math teacher when I was in grade school and it stuck with me ever since.

When there is confusion - it is recognized as confusion, then it is the most responsible thing to do is to start at the beginning of the question or task again.

So in math, the teacher would then remind us that we have the skills and let's

How do you lead your team and have duplication when they are confused about everything?

Great question. All newbies are confused at first so accept the challenge. The best way to lead is by example without pressure. All newbies need reassurance. They are very uncertain about SFI but since you are the sponsor you feel good about SFI. Find a way to transfer your positive energy that works for you. You can start a skype group, a facebook group, Google hangout group, LinkedIn

For your team to be confused about everything, it means your team members (both PSA's & CSA's) lack essential knowledge of how SFI works & it's your duty as their sponsor/upline to put them through & let them know how SFI works in a nutshell. For me, I would say let your team be informed about the below essential tips in SFI & by that way, their confused state will ease a bit if not all.

1) introduce them to the SFI business by telling them what it is all about. Let them

Thank you for your question because I'm sure that all sponsors face this situation. When I first started I was one of the confused. ( very confused! ) when my sponsor tried to explain TCredits, VP, MRP, duplication, etc., I felt as though he was speaking a different language even though we were both speaking English. One of his best pieces of advice was to study my Launchpad lessons and to write down any questions that I had. He emphasized to write the question as soon as I didn't understand

Hello,

You must protect your team against confusion. Then lead them to have your duplication.

How to protect them against confusion?

Read the SFI Basics.
Tell them that they will only succeed if they know what to do to succeed. They must focus on the SFI Basics until they understood how the program works. It’s only after that they will move to other parts of the training without the fear of being confused.
Tell them to return to the Basics whenever they
