As SFI affiliates we are privileged to have quite a few options available to communicate with members in our downlines.

I don’t really know which I would describe as “the best way” as I use all of them.

If you want to reach your whole downline with a single communication you can :

1) Send a weekly newsletter using the Genealogy Group Mailer. It is quick and you know they receive it on their regular email as well as in the SFI Message Manager.

2) Post

Hi Augustine
There are many ways to communicate with your downline like the E cards, your Genealogy mailer etc
But the best of them all is your Genealogy mailer. Why? For the following reasons:
1. Because you can talk to everybody at once.
2. You can talk to individual groups e.g your PSAs or CSAs.
3. You can talk to individuals who signed up at a certain date.
4. You can check the progress of your downline through your genealogy and be able to help them.
5. You

Hello, and thanks for asking the wonderful question.
Talking about effective ways through which we can communicate with our downline in
order to get good result is not all that difficult, if you have a downline who at least login
in daily to their home page.
Firstly, I believe there is no better way of communicating to your downline than making
yourself the discussion point. What do I mean by that, as a leader who want to lead a
group of people you need to be able to

Hi Everybody...!
My main concerns about Communicating with Downline people are:

1.E-mail: Daily we need to send emails to our new PSAs regarding Daily Tasks and Fast-Track member and other contests....untill they should understands the work at SFI.

2.Meanwhile daily we have to see the Affiliates VP Ledger page and suggest them to improve their work and ask them to read more and more at SFI(by sending email only....)

3.Phone: We should not communicate over

Hi,

I was thinking the same thing until I got involve with the forum discussions. There I learn how to communicate with my down line. And how do we that? Always send them a message in the team mail. If you have their email address send them a personal email.

Always keep writing in your blog on your Leaders page. The stream blog, forum. They are reading, and they will see your messages and they will read them. And, it is when they reach out to you, and even not, continue to

You can communicate with your downlines through email, phonecalls, facebook chat, SFI chat, twitter. Be ready to help them as they grown, encourage them, be their friend and gain their confidence in you.

I do this a lot with my downlines, and I help them in every way I can, I make sure I contact them at least once a week through weekly mail, and almost everyday on facebook or twitter.

Keeping close with them makes me feel better.

Thank you

The best way would be to send a personal email to the affiliates in your downline. Team mails are good for encouragement, but a personal email makes an affiliate feel more at home with regards to SFI. A sponsor should want their downline to feel comfortable about building their respective businesses. Not to mention, a personal email shows that a new/current affiliate is talking to a regular human being instead of some spam bot cluttering their inbox from time to time.

So if you want

I love this question, thanks for posting it.

I feel we have more ways of communicating than any
business I have ever worked.

Each way of communicating, has it"s own purpose.
So there is no best method.

The welcome message for introducing yourself to your
new referral and introducing them to your team.

My favorite way to communicate is through the Stream

Hello Augustine,
Thanks for question.

Here are some ways that I communicate with my downline.
First, I contact them by sending an e-mail. If I get the feedback I try to find them on Social Networks, because it's much faster and reliable way to communicate. If they don't use any kind of Social Networks (like Facebook, Twitter, etc.) I continue sending emails to them. As I final way I communicate them is to text them by the cell phone, of course if they share the mobile number

Dear member,

On of the best that I use is simply sending a welcome e-card to received member, and try to start a a chat with him/her just to introduce my self and to spend a couple of word explaining the SFI.

After this, I communicate to a member that he/she will receive an e-mail with all starting tips, just to allow to a member to know about what we are talking, what we do, and how SFI work. You can also explain the function of the Forum, If you don't have an asnwer to your
