The best ways to communicate with your downline are as soon as possible, frequently, and in a friendly manner

- using any method or methods of communication that you are both comfortable using.

You may not be comfortable meeting an affiliate face to face, while your affiliate is, or vice versa. Find a middle ground: Skype or phone.

It doesn't matter which methods of communication you and your downline use to communicate with each other - emails, team mails, ecards,

There are so many ways you can communicate with your downline here at SFI. Personally i find the instant chat an amazing tool for this. It shows that you are really there and not just some pencil pusher without personality. This is especially good when your affiliates are online at the same time as you. Its like having a phone conversation, Effective and you always receive the replies quicker.

I also like to send emails to my downline using their email address. This also shows that you

The best way to communicate with your downline is with respect, honesty, directness.

No matter how new to marketing a person is, how naive he or she is in marketing and dealing with people, or how foolish you think your downline is, you must treat the person with respect. He has needs, wants and dreams, and wants to capture them. You are his sponsor or co-sponsor and therefore you are responsible for guiding him and encouraging him to follow the path.

As he begins to learn about

The team mailers, of course, if you want to talk to your entire downline.

E-Cards and emails are more personal, and may be the little "kick" to get an affiliate started.

Stream posts are also a good way to communicate to a whole group, but on a smaller scale than team mail.

Whichever method works best for the specific situation of the moment, always speak to them as you would a good friend. Relax, be friendly without trying to invade their space, but enough

Great question. It is the most common question we face in this business. There are many ways to communicate.

The first way is via e-mail, it is usually the first communication in the welcome letter to our downline.

The other form of communication through social networks, the most common is to Facebook. Facebook set up groups for individual structures, speech areas, geographic areas. These are support groups, which are published instructions, links and files, and upline

The best way to communicate with your downline is when you are able to get your point across clearly and simply. Make your message simple and concise. Show empathy and understanding in your message. Be efficient in communicating the salient points about SFI and TripleClicks. Don’t overload them with so much information. Teach them how to do SFI step by step. Give them the basic information first: SFI Basics and the LaunchPad lessons. Teach them the importance of becoming a Fast-Track member.

Honestly, the best way to communicate with your downline is to meet them where they are. If you know them personally, then a weekly follow-up call is going to serve you best. This way rapport is never lost and you provide direct one-on-one instruction in your own voice. Even though we live in the 21st century, personal communication never gets old.

Likewise, if you 'met' them online, then you can rest assured that you will find them on their favorite social venues. I always exchange

The team mail, stream and your team members email (if it has been registered).

Using all 3 of these venues will provide you the means to send your team members your motivational words. Words of congratulations and words of encouragement.

I, myself, use the team mail multiple times a week. Not just the 1 time to gain the VP. The same goes with the stream messages that I post for my team members. If you have given your email to your team members, you will find that some of

Hi there!

When I get a new affiliate I send him/her an e-mail straight away and then try to find them on Facebook. Usually the people which I find on Facebook start working, the other ones, usually don't.

When they are new, I spend more time training them. Sometimes I spend even few hours on Facebook with them telling them what and how.

After that, my downline usually contact me when they have some problem or to chat a little. Every week I send them a team e-mail.
