Hi everybody
My answer is
-Firstly :don't send a gift cerificat or transfer TCredits or reassing affiliats to your inactive PSA'S and CSA'S affiliats
-Secondly : in the beging just send them a Welcome letteres or a Welcome E-card and help them to know how to start and how use SFI tools bare and how it's work
-Thirdly : when you see an active affiliats who realy want to work and he/she is active and long in every day and do " to do liste and more then you can chose one of this gifts to give it to them (1- reassing affiliats to them, 2- give them a gift certificat " amounts from 5$ to 20$ ", 3- transfer to them Tcredits " quantity from 1 to 10" )

I'd say give your PSAs & CSAs some TCredits if you can spare them. It's a good way to help them get their foot in the doors of the Pricebenders auctions and Eager Zebra games.
Or if you'd like, you can present them with a TC gift card, given they follow certain stipulations to earn them. I wouldn't recommend a cash incentive as you have folks who'd want you to carry their load to get them going.
Hello! I like your question. It shows you are a willing servant at heart. So far, what I experienced to be a great welcome gift is simply a welcome email. SFI offers a variety of professional greeting cards to choose from (some are quite fun) to send to your new PSAs and CSAs. And instead of an automatic welcome response you may use from SFI, I suggest you use your own welcome words. One would never tire from receiving material welcome gifts. But I do believe words have more of an effect on people. Choose them wisely, and may the Lord richly bless you!!

Knowledge can be a powerful welcome gift to a new PSA or CSA. You can develop some easy to follow quick reference materials on what you do to be successful with SFI and provide that to your new PSAs and CSAs as part of a welcome package. This will help with your affiliate team's duplication and you can even provide reference links to the various training materials found within the SFI website.
A great welcome gift for new PSAs and CSAs is Cash incentive and a great welcome letter.
I must point out that a Sponsor is directly responsible for PSAs, and not Co-sponsors. As a result, we are limited to the amount of assistance that we can give our CSAs. For eg. giving Gift Certificates, TCredits and transferring of Affiliates to CSAs.
Back to your PSAs, you can offer cash incentives, TCredits, transfer of Affiliates, or shareholders of your Co-op.

In my opinion a great welcome gift is sincere e-card or message. After the PSA shows interest in the business by being active, reassigning team members is another great gift. Regarding CSA the welcome e-card is a good option, but only if it's personal and sincere, not using every time the same boring text.
"What's a great welcome gift for new PSAs and CSAs?"
Unless you know them personally I would just stick to the Welcome Letter for the first day, if you see they are being active and really wow-ing you, by all means send them 2 TCredits to check out tripleclicks. The TCredits do not mean anything to them if they do not know what they can do with them, and only by reading their launchpad lessons can they, will they is the question.
I would just email them a big welcome and follow my plan above and by all means use your own discretion, you know.

I believe the gift that has the most benefit to the new PSA is a gift certificate so they can purchase their NMP to reach Fast Track. Of course this is only after you assess that they are doing their Getting Started actions with the Fast Track membership goal in mind. A real go-getter will make themselves known to you and will show interest in the Fast Track. This I believe is the best way to get them on their way to success.
I think TCredits is the best gift which can be offered to any PSA or CSA. The reason is that they can be used immediately whereas if you gift them $1 then they can't use it until they have $7 in their account.
Also, if you want them to grow in SFI then you should gift them TCredits because this is one of the best things SFI has provided all of us and is the reason for huge success for many SFIers.
I would not give a welcome gift to new affiliates. Why? Because that is not the main attraction. SFI has already provided incentives for new affiliates by making the program free to join and the training free. SFI has also provided the TCredit and $1 incentive. You really want to encourage affiliates to start working right away on their business, but do not give them a handout.
