Leaders are Confident: SFI leaders are full of self-belief and confidence. They also have complete confidence in their organization and people they work for. Every action they perform is full of confidence and their charm is infectious. They make people around them feel confident and help them in enhancing their self-esteem. To be successful in SFI, what attributes do you need the people on your team to have?

I think the most important attribute to be successful in SFI or any online business has to be a belief that the system will/can work. We don't want to have to waste time convincing a skeptic that an online business is possible and that affiliate marketing programs are not pyramid schemes. If I have to explain that SFI is not a pyramid scheme, I don't bother with that particular person any more.

The first attribute we need on our team members success is humbleness to admit learning needs to be good. Only with humbleness everyone dedicates smart attention to good formation in every matter. I believe that the most important value you need to instill in your team if they are to become successful in SFI is : education. There are various facets of education and some of these are listed for your introspection.

1 Education:

This means having a team that is able to understand that this is an online business and not a 9 to 5 "job". It needs the ability to change the mindset from one of an employee to one that becomes an employer.

Your team members need....

1. Persistence.
A successful business owner wants to keep going not quit.

2. Patience.
An intelligent decision to understand that being successful will take time.

3. Plan of Action for both short term goals and long term goals.
Without goals folks lose motivation.

These three add up to productivity. Your team that is producing results is all you need to be successful.

What attributes do you have? You are still here, working building your business. That means you have what is needed - not so?

Your affiliates need to be determined to make a success of this business.

They need to be motivated - why are they doing this? When they loose hope You need to remind them of the reasons they joined in the first place and they need to remind themselves about their motivation. They need to be self motivated.

A positive mindset and interest to learn, apply and absorb new things and a Love to work and helps other interested individuals or social public.

Our team may come from different walks of life, and languages.
We need to have the love and passion to understand everybody, their way of communication and what works for them. SFI is a platform to grow Leadership, and everyone is a leader themselves.

- know when to stay and when to leave,
- do more than what’s asked of them,
- are willing to fail in order to eventually succeed,

Good question.Here in SFI, a strong team guarantees success. But what are the definitions? Here some of my tips to this respect.

#1, demonstrates reliability. A team leader can count on a reliable team members who gets work done and does his fair share to work hard and meet commitments. Consistency is key. You can count on him or her to deliver good performance all the time, not just some of the time.

Thank you for your question, "To be successful in SFI, what attributes do you need the people on your team to have?". I think that the first attribute that team members need is patience. SFI is not a get rich quick scheme and success doesn't come overnight.
