First: They need to become a customer, and use the product that they are trying to promote, by using the product first and that way you know how the product is going to work, and you know how to promote it to a customer that might be interested.

It is really not more complicated then placing a standing order for at least 1500 VersaPoints each month to maintain Executive Affiliate status. Do this first before expecting any one on your team to be convinced that being a buyer is of any real importance. You first. Look at it this way, it cost less then a dollar a day to be part of the best wealth building program on the planet. Everybody wins if they duplicate your action. Keep it simple.

I dont believe that we can identify one single best way to motivate affiliates to buy from TripleClicks. We are all different and what appeals to one person may not appeal to the others.

I would therefore suggest a broad approach to encouraging and motivating your affiliates to buy from TripleClicks.

Start by talking to them about TripleClicks and why purchasing from TripleClicks is of benefit to them.

Start talking to them about TripleClicks right from when you 1st make contact with them, when they sign up to SFI. If you dont include it in your Welcome Letter, make sure you bring the subject up as soon as possible. Keep this up and never stop extolling the benefits of purchasing from TripleClicks. When you see them purchasing items, acknowledge what they are doing and keep on encouraging them.

When your affiliates 1st sign up to SFI, SFI Support sends them a series of messages and several of those are about Fast Track. As you know one of the requirements of Fast Track is a purchase of $20 from TripleClicks. This is generally the 1st time that a suggestion is put to them of buying something from TripleClicks. There is a time limit of 10 days to do this, so this sends a message of urgency to buy. At the same time they have just been granted $20 Signing Bonus. Capitalize on this and point out to them that the $20 they are asked to spend in order to get their Fast Track qualification is really an investment which will gradually be refunded in the future as they start earning commission. They really have nothing to loose and a whole lot to gain - especially if the invest their $20 in the NMP.

They are being introduced to TripleClicks and hopefully to the start of a regular practice of purchasing from TripleClicks. This is just the beginning. Motivate them right from the beginning.

Explain to your affiliates the relationship between SFI and TripleClicks and how TripleClicks is vital to the successes of SFI and therefore their own businesses. Keep reminding them that for all members of SFI one of our dual role is the promotion of TripleClicks and its products and services. (the other one being recruiting/sponsoring) Without sales our businesses will fail. Clear appreciation of this could be a motivating factor.

Also explain to them the how the effects of sales and how they benefit from these: referrals; commissions, versapoints, subsequent purchases, executive pool etc..

You also need to explain and encourage Transfer Buying. If they buy from TC what they normally buy from their supermarket etc.. they would generally get a better deal, VPs associated with the products and how it will affect the executive pool.

You can also motivate them by your actions. Let them know that you are purchasing from TripleClicks. Recommend products to them, not only at your Leadership page but also in your regular streams and newsletters. Tell them what products you have purchased, especially if they are useful tools in building up their businesses such as PSAs to go, websites, educational books, reviews every month for VPs etc..

Keep doing these things and never let up.

There is the saying, Lead by example. Likewise, as sponsors, we need to practice what we preach to our downlines. For instance, if we want them to have a Monthly Standing Order of t credits, we need to have purchased such product from tripleclicks, use the product and state the benefits of purchasing that product.

Regardless of your purchases, your Leadership page wil display your badge and minimum standing order versa point. If any of your downline see this on your homepage, would follow your actions and have the monthly standing order.

Likewise, if we want to encourage them to become buyers of Tripleclicks, we could give them a gift certificate to make purchases. In orderwords, let them have a feel of tripleclicks so that if they are satisfied with the product, delivery time, they can advertise the product to other people. Hereby increasing traffic to tripleclicks, more customers, more sales.

The key elements that will help to motivate our downlines to purchase from tripleclicks is if we have an idea a kind of product they like, the availability of the product, the price and delivery of the product. All these are key as availability and delivery of the product can either allow continuous patronage on tripleclicks or disallow patronage and purchases being done in another online store with availability of product , chesper price and good delievery service.

By motivating our downlines to be buyers of Tripleclicks, we as sponsors need to:-
1. Have purchased a product on Tripleclicks,.
2. Share with them information on the product, benefits, the price and delivery time of the product.
3. Tell them advantages and disadvantages of the product.
4. If satisfied with the product, let them know as well as the benefit earned by purchasing such product with reference made to how purchase built their business.
5. How the purchases makes them partake of the Tripleclicks Executive Pool.
6. If they like the product you have purchased and its a physical product, they can order via their ECA hereby, eliminating shipping cost, and quick delivery.

I believe, if they are interested, place an order and purchase any item on Tripleclicks without issues, they will be motivated in the near future to make more purchases thereby increasing sales and partaking in the Tripleclicks Executive Pool.

What is the best way to motivate my affiliates to become buyers at TripleClicks?

This is what I do: -

1. I continuously put TripleClicks (TC) before my team.

2. My welcome letters include a statement about how central our TC is to the success of SFI – that ALL commissions are derived from TC and that we need to support it.

3. I have a TC section in each of my TeamMails in which I encourage my team to explore TC and to learn something about its products each day.

4. I explain the benefits of “transfer buying” and give examples of what I do, which is as much as I can (but I am limited by a very restrictive budget).

5. During the 2015 Christmas season I devoted my December Stream posts (some 12 posts) to highlighting selected items from TC and some of the 118 ECAs that I am connected with. I chose low cost items with free shipping and gave the product URLs as well as the ECAs URLs and the product category URLs – each URL included my SFI ID# so that they could see what their URL would look like when they used it to marketing purposes.

6. In my TeamMails I also give them advice on how to rethink their day to day spending so that they can change what they buy and make savings so that they can spend those savings on buying something from TC. And I give specific examples of what I do to save money that I can then invest in my TC. Such things as walking rather than catching the bus. Eat at home rather than buying “takeaways”. Exercise at the beach which is free rather pay to go to a gym. (Etc, etc).

7. I extoll the virtues of using MRP to pay for TC purchases and show them how I have done this myself.

8. I highlight any “3 for 2” deals or specials being offered by an ECA so that they can buy as cheaply as possible.

9. I advise my movers on the cheapest way to buy a product at TC – for instance TCredits. The cheapest in price and those that also give the most VP.

10. I check their profiles and any who say they do have a budget to invest in SFI I encourage them to do so.

11. And for those who have no personal funds to invest I encourage them to sell TC products.

12. Finally I ask my team what problems they are having. Most don’t reply but for those that do I try and help them address their specific issues and encourage them to overcome them. I use what I do as an example. Hopefully by showing them how hard I have to work to overcome my own problems in doing my SFI business they will also find a way themselves. At least them know I understand their situation.

13. And I try and encourage them to take the “long view”. SFT is worth doing. If you can’t start now, plan for the future. SFI will still be there for you then. (Like the purchase of any large item or the cost and time it takes to get an education.)

14. I don’t give rewards, although I was in the (now suspended) CW and TW programs, unless I see some REAL effort. SFI gives rewards enough when we work – and I am always telling my team about the rewards and “freebies” that I receive from SFI, telling them that these are also available to them too, if they work.

What else can I do? And I will be really interested in how other affiliates answer this question.

Am I successful in any of this? Yes and No.

Yes, with my movers. I give them very specific advice and help. And point out ways they can maximize their TC budget. And this is aligned with helping them achieve their monthly goals too. The movers seem to appreciate this.

No, with all the rest. You can’t motivate someone who doesn’t want to do something. You can only help someone when they are prepared to do something. But I keep trying. Hopefully one day the light will go on and I will have another active affiliate.

When you buy a certain product, use it to your satisfaction, review it to earn 25 VP then mention it and share your experience at your Leadership Page blog, Team Mail, Stream Posts, and Weekly messages, it is the best way to encourage and motivate your affiliates.

With Transfer-Buying, it is even more significant as you are not only patronising your own store, saving on retail price, earning VP and MRP, but you’re also boosting the TC Executive Pool from which we all share.

When you encourage your new PSAs to become Fast-Track members you’re already grooming them to become TripleClicks customers with the purchase of NMP or other TC products.

When you give your deserving affiliates a Gift Certificate or TCredits you are encouraging and motivating them to become buyers at TripleClicks.
