"What are the best ways to show your appreciation for the efforts of your most active affiliates?"
There are several ways of showing your appreciation.The first and maybe the most obvious one would be to sent an E card you could also email Everyone likes to hear how well they are doing and be thanked for their efforts.
Then there is the option of giving a gift certificate or maybe sending some T credits which Im sure would be warmly welcomed and could be used to purchase something that they would like or maybe help them to continue their good work.
Above all just staying in regular touch with them lets them know that you are noticing them and are appreciative of all they are doing.

Showing appreciation to your most active affiliates is very important and this can be done as follows:
*sending appreciation mails to him/her
* sending gift cards
* buying a gift from triple clicks to him/her
* sending gift of TCurrency, TCredits, etc.
* reassigning affiliates to them
* you can also be viewing their pages regularly and advice them on activities or actions they are lacking.
* your own success story will further encourage them to do more.
I hope these provides your answer. Good luck.

2. Help them when they dont have enough money for a Standing Order
3. Send them Gift Certificates
4. Set up rewards for them on your Leadership Page here

The best ways to show your appreciation for the efforts of its most active members is recognition by congratulations.
Send virtual card, mail, chat ... etc.
Share with them the progress of your business, thank you for your work and encourage them to continue in the same line.
As my sponsor says "well done"
To show appreciation to a great working team I would recommend sending them a Gift Certificate every month. And if you have a Co-op running, why not give them a share of the Co-op, that way you would also be helping them build up their down-line while you build up your own.
This is also a great way to keep your down-line motivated to become successful and to continue moving forward.
This can be done with your whole down-line and not just with your top workers.
All the best
There are material and non-material ways to show your appreciation, and my preference lays to non- material, because it is the way that promotes equality and fair play. There is a whole variety of non-material ways such as e-mails with positive and congratulatory wording, e-cards, public singling them out on FB and other social networks, etc. One of the best ways of showing respect for your PSAs and CSAs is sharing with them your tips and ideas for success.

I praise the efforts of my affiliates by sending them e-cards with some encouraging words. You can never go wrong with this method.
People love a little praise and acknowledgement from others. SFI affiliates are no different. An e-card or a personal email praising the work they put in to build their businesses gives them that jolt of motivation to keep up that effort.
Dear Augustine,
I encourage my very active affiliates by supporting them with some Gift Certificates, especially when I see them making genuine efforts to be an EA or reclaim their EA status.
That way, you encourage them without spoiling them. At the same time, commission from the purchase of Tcredit with the Gift certificate flows back to you. is this not double honors?
Giving is sweet.
To your success, Augustine.
Good Day Member,
It's simple, "REWARD THEM" to show your appreciation!
Send them 1-5 T-Credits and, then, follow it up with your own Letter of Appreciation.
You can also send them an E-Card expressing your appreciation for their strong dedication and attention to detail. Main point to remember, show them how much you appreciate their efforts. Always remember, without their willingness to put forth 'true' effort, it will be very difficult for you to succeed. Their success, means your success.

For me personally when I were still new in SFI, it meant a lot when my upline congratulated me in any small achievement I earned, as well as all the e-cards and personal emails I received.
So I would say mention the most active affiliates in your weekly team mails and stream posts and send them e-cards and personal emails to congratulate, encourage and motivate them.
