We must realise that our need for approval is as essential as air, food, and water. The positive power of praising people can never be underestimated, so praise and appreciation at the right time and the right occasion will go a long way towards building a strong and successful SFI business.
Recognition of a job well done- be it making first sale, sponsoring first PSA, achieving Fast Track, becoming EA for the first time is a must.
I use all the available means in SFI to show my appreciation for the efforts not only those of my most active affiliates but also those who make the effort to log in and achieve something in spite of difficulty they may be having.
E-Cards. The moment I get notification of my affiliate’s latest achievements, ie. Winning at the Daily Grand Drawing, graduating as Class Champion in E365 contest, achieving EA for the first time, qualifying for BTL, STL, etc., a Congrats E-Card is the first to go.
Stream Post. A proud announcement of an active affiliate’s milestone is posted in the Stream Post to share with the team the excitement of the occasion.
Weekly Newsletter. A special mention in the weekly group mail is also an ideal way to show the whole team my appreciation for my affiliate’s great effort in becoming Top Author by submitting answers to Ask SC, for example.
Leadership Page: Use the Recogniton page to announce my Team’s achievements for the month.
PSA Reassignments. This is a special reward given to all deserving workers not only to help them start a team of their own but for leadership training.
Gift Certificate.and TCredits . Most appreciate this form of reward because I am actually sharing my commission with them and adding value to their business.
A Share in my Personal Co-op. This can really help boost ones team building effort and result in duplication.
You can also show your appreciation in many other intangible ways- by being a friend and being there for them when they need you.
