Interesting question.
I never thought about my retirement from SFI, but your question made me to think about that.
I could only write about my decisions, and as always, in this job, it is all about you to decide.

I think that there is always something to do here.
Even if I manage to have strong team, great down line members, I could never leave my
ECA store, without any article and I could never leave my team without any support.

Retirement is, for me, just to slow down in adverts for new PSA-s, to have the best selling products in my ECA store and to spend more productive, but shorter time online.
At the same time, I could have more time and money, for stimulate my down line members, with gifts, so they could go on, with more earnings.

So, as this could be my job for lifetime, why should I leave it, unless one day, I really can't do any click ?

But if you really want to step out of the SFI, you should be prepared to give away all future earnings from your duplicates, your team and your down line. I should think about that too - trowing your earnings and hard work, through the window, at any time, doesn't seem logical to me.

First of all, being an SFI affiliate changes the way of thinking!

Learning from others, and making your own business strategy make you change your plans, your goals and hope. Every change that is following, with your incomes, is just a "top of the cake".

Being an SFI affiliate, is more than just "making money", as it is fun, a way for improving yourself and having useful way to be on internet, making new friendships and communicating with people.

Every day, you can find more possibilities, learning to be patient, making your character becomes stronger. Those things are not material, but worth being the part of this company, and for sure, change your life, much earlier than reaching your goal to make money for better life.

The easiest way to success is through discovery the joy and fulfillment in everything we do.
'Those who spent their entire life doing wrong, or boring job, for others, will know exactly what I'm talking about.
This is the great change for most of the people, just from the first days working as SFI affiliate.

Hello,
This is good and right question - habits.
We learn so many things about us, working in SFI. We also learn to have a good habits, for being a good worker. But the most interesting thing of all, we are learning how to manage with our own
employees and about our own money and business.

First of all, you should manage your goals and plans, making lists what you should do, and what you can't afford. Making your plans for your day, month and in the future.
You need to have a habit to think about your work, every day.

There are some more good (best) habits, that could help all to make SFI business continually grows:
1. Consistency
2. Patience
3. Persistence
4. Positive thinking
5. Flexibility about deciding and learning by making mistakes
6. Feeling that you are on your own, with your business, to make decisions without asking or blaming someone else for your mistakes, (bad investment, loosing money or points, loosing your rank, etc. )
7. Be prepared for your "ups and downs" and there is always time to do something different
8. Get used that you don't need any thought about giving up
9. Believe, so your team can believe in you
10. You should never think that you know everything, and that you should stop reading and learning.

This is very good question.
It could be very important that our family embrace our SFI business, especially at the moment, when we want to involve our money and spend more time.

If our family doesn't like our work it could be a reason that we should work with more effective acts, doing as much as we can, quickly as we can. So, we should plan exactly, about every minute spending online, doing our job, several times during a day and evening, so that they can't blame us for being too much on net.

We could also, plan about involving our money, but if we can't do that, we have to be prepared to work harder and spend more time.

I only could say, that if your family doesn't understand your work, it doesn't mean that you should give up, even it could take you more time, or even months, to earn your first dollars.

Some of my downline members have this problem, but if they believe in themselves and in SFI, they will never give up, and for sure, it will be the way to success – sooner or later.

Explaining about Triple Click, and about selling and buying, could be also useful, as people could understand this part, much easier, than such complex, but great system of SFI.

One more thing, even it is hard to say, but it is my way of thinking. If my family doesn't respect my dreams and wishes, how can they respect me at all? This is not a call for "revolution" but it could be a sign that something is wrong, and there could come a moment for choosing between my family and my dreams - with, or without the SFI.

When you think about others, you should think how you started in SFI.

Every word, every gesture is important, beside gifts that you could give to your active affiliates.

I want to say, that we are all friends here, working together, supporting each other, so if I ever have any doubt about my work, I want to know if I am doing well, if I am the part of the team and that somebody cares for my efforts. SFI company is great about many rewards and supports, but if I have a friend supporting me, leading me and giving me hand in the right moment - this is the real thing.

We all need some time to concentrate on our work, to think and make combinations for reaching our goals, but sometimes, we need to put it all off, just to ask our affiliates about their work, even about their personal life, if they want to share it with us.

Never forget to congratulate, about some achieving, about birthday, or some anniversary and holiday.

In other words - be a friend, not a greedy or jealous person, and you will know exactly what to do to make your team strong and successful.

This is mostly the question that we all ask ourselves every day, if we don't have any exact plan, for growing our business.
It all depends of our time that we want, or have (due to other daily obligations around us).
If you want to get more results, you should exactly make everyday plan and make the priority list, depending of your goals and possibilities.

1. Advertising - I do that as my first daily task, after TO - DO list, and games, as I still don't have my team, my store is just starting to give some incomes

2. Communicating with my active PSA to check if they are doing and feeling good and to tell them what I am working on, so they could follow me and learn with me.

3. Planing how much money and work, can I involve in my business, so I act depending of those - buying - ordering, searching products for drop shipping, filling my ECA with something different and new, that should attract more customers.

4. Even on the 4. place, it is all the time - LEARNING. This job is so creative that make us learn all the time. Doing all the above, we all learn - how, where, what... Getting skills save our money and time, and it is always easier to learn from the others.

5. Following my scoreboard, to see how VP do I need, so I can decide how to reach my score for the month

So, as you see - daily work is more than while we are online.
If you plan your time and activities, it could make you successful in your business, but you should be aware of those days when "nothing is going on". Don't make those thoughts block you, and give the time for your ideas to realize, change them, be creative and you will always rise.
