In between these letters, you want to focus on your individual affiliates: who is not doing which of the daily actions. Why? Ca you help them? How about the slow recruiters? Does someone need a few re-assignees to write to and earn his weekly VP? Does anyone need help advertising? Get personal with these affiliates. Write them notes using e-Cards, or chat, or e-mail. Build the relationship, teach duplication, show them how to leverage their time, money and resources in order .
