STAY IN CONTACT BY PHONE, SOCIAL MEDIA LIVE CHATT, MEETINGS IN PERSON IF POSSIBLE. Or simply leave your team with all the inputs and all valuable materials they might need to succeed in-case if your not around for the week. Think of your affiliates has you wanting to be successful and give that thaught to them.
How do I motivate my affiliates who are discouraged by the world economy's impact on the costs of products at TripleClicks?

Try energizing yourself has if starting from that positions of your affiliates and see how you will deal with that yourself then offer your help and assistants in every way possible. Also try mails, email, contact phone number if any. To communicate. Now give advise of how simple it is to invest in oneself.
