To answer your question, i divide my tips into 5 different sections because it summarises in whole what SFI is all about and how to get them on a good start.
What are those sections?
1. Welcoming Section:
This talks about welcoming them to SFI and to my team and that, it is not a mistake that they came to SFI.
2. Purpose Section:
Here i share with them the essence of being in SFI and that through SFI they can fulfil their financial dream and whatever purpose they came for.
I also share with them my earnest desire to help them fulfil their dream and purpose that together we can achieve it even though it may not come easy or overnight, but we'l surely get there with hardwork, diligence, determination and patience.
3. SFI System Section:
Here, i show them how SFI works, showing them the Ultra 3 Simple Steps and what they are to do:
A. Be an Executive every month and maintain it.
B. Raise 5 active people
C. Teach them to do numbers 1&2.
4. Getting Started Section:
Here, i lead them on how to begin by being a fast tracker, leading them to the 5 green jet icons on their To Do Lists and the NMP. Here i give them the link that explains the benefits and the how to at www.sfimg.com/FT.
I explain in details, the benefits of the NMP and how it builds their business and saves them cost in the next month.
Here, i show them also how they can get a return for their investment via the NMP.
I also after this, tell them to finish their getting started, daily, weekly, monthly and intermediate actions.
5. Compensation Plan Section:
Here, i show them the SFIBASICS and how they can earn and earn big following the plan.
After the above, i conclude my welcome letter by telling them to contact me through my email address or through my fb profile which i give to them should they run into any challenge or problem along the way.
kristina, i've received tremendous results with new affiliates being fast trackers and being active.
Ever since, i came up with these sections, my new affiliates have took off on their own without my much assistance.
My results have been phenomenal and i thank my sponsor for the idea to write a good PSA/CSA welcome letter to start my new affiliates on a good start.

The first and most important thing you should
do is send any new affiliates a welcome email.
Introduce yourself as their sponsor and offer to
help them get started. Each time you sponsor a
new affiliate you will receive an email
notification from SFI which confirms the new addition to your team. This email notification includes a special link. Click
on this link, and you're immediately taken to the
Affiliate Manager. You now have complete
details on your new team member in front of
you, even his/her photograph (provided the
affiliate has uploaded it)! Immediately below the header (as long as it is
within 30 days of the new affiliate's signup
date), you'll find a pre-written welcome letter for
you to send to your new affiliate. It's
personalized with yours and your new affiliate's
name, etc. With just a couple of mouse clicks, you can send a professionally written, personalized
letter to properly welcome your new affiliate. It's
quick, simple, and easy! And, of course, if you want to edit the letter, you
can do so quickly and easily and save it as your
default letter to use again and again. Once you've sent your welcome letter (or if it's
been more than 30 days since your new
member's signup), this AM welcome letter
section goes away for this particular affiliate. The Affiliate Manager can be accessed from your
Genealogy Report and it gives you various
information about each member. Using this

Hi Hristina,

That is a good question to ask as it is very essential to letting them aware of different types of information.

I would suggest to firstly advise them to go through the SFI basic tap indicated with blue on the right corner of their SFI homepage.

Explain to them about launchpad (green colour) where they can earn 15 versa points on daily lesson.

Let them know SFI is fun and they have chance to play different games on eager zebra.

You can advise them to sign up for tripleclicks where they can see many sales offers.

I have just changed my text in welcome E-card.

In my new welcome E-card text I write.

In header: "How can I help you?"

In text:

"Hi ~FIRSTNAME~,

How are you?

A warm welcome to your new business with SFI."

If it is a PSA from non English speaking country, I add this line:

"If you have problems read English, use Google Translate: http://translate.google.com"

Then I introduce myself, telling about how I live and my family, that I use many lines about.

Ending with:

"Let me hear a few words from you.

Have been Internet Marketer in x years, and never found anything better than SFI.

I am here to help you to success with your new business.

You are welcome to contact me anytime with anything.

Wish you all good in life.

The tips as I was give before, I give them in next E-card.

I am also follow up with news letters each week.


Before I was make a short introduction of myself, tell them to start with the 3 buttons in upper right corner.
Then go to "To-Do" tab, and complete "Getting Started -", "Intermediate Actions".

Ask them to read "My Best Tip", and give link to it.

My Best Tip is about to: Be carefully with their many possible VP, if they want do SFI free or with small budget.
Simply, how they easy can be EA first month, and save rest of their VP to next month.
And about Fast Track Membership, if they can afford $20 or make $20 in sales.

I was also show "The Ultra Simple Plan" in the welcome letter inclusive link to it.

Was only get 3-4 % replies, so I changed the text.

I welcome them and give them my contact information. I emphasize that I am always available to help them and to offer support when they need it.
I don't want to overwhelm them or repeat the information that SFI sends them but I do stress the benefits of becoming a Fast Track member since there is a time limit on it. I also encourage them not to rush through the lessons but to absorb all the information that they can. I also recommend that they take notes and have a sheet of paper handy to write down any questions that they have.
I close by telling them that I am glad that they are on our team and again let them know that I am ready to help.

Tips in my welcomes to new PSAs are brief and not too numerous.
Generally I do not give them as bullet points, but simply include them in the flow of the message.

The best tip I can give my PSAs is to take their SFI business seriously and log in and go to work every day. I tell them how to login to the homepage and where to go when they get there.

Other tips include going to my leadership page where there is valuable information; and contacting me using my contact information, where they can reach me for personal assistance.

Follow up messages can be used for more specific and direct instruction.

In your welcome letter, your PSAs should be well-guided on how to start off smoothly.
First is to let them know how SFI works. Second, what can they do to get started?
Third, how can they take advantage of on-going promotions. Fourth is the importance
of grabbing free daily action VPs available to them. Lastly is to let them know about SFI
compensation plan for new affiliates and how it will benefit them. Your welcome letter should

HOW DOES SFI WORKS?
The more the VersaPoints (VP) you earn the more your pay check each month. Payments are made around 12th-15th of each month to all SFI affiliates. See the compensation plan below for more details.

A. Getting Started Tips:
1. First, what you just need to do is to login at your SFI home page, click on the Hotspots menu, then click on VPLedger.
2. Do all the actions on the VPLedger. Executive Affiliate (EA) requires 1500 VP.

I would advice my PSAs to take their time with to do list especially one time actions. To me it makes no sense rushing through all one time actions and advancing to PLT in your first month without an active team. They will never be able to maintain it without spending a lot of money. They can stretch those tasks over a few months.

Along with a 1500VP standing order, those one time actions can help them get to BLT and maintain it for a few months.

I would tell them to complete actions with jet next to them and focus on red tabs daily. It’s important to read, a lot of new affiliates don’t take the time to read the task they focus more on collecting the points than trying to understand the program.

I explain them ways how to proceed and how to earn money:
1. Creating a team or involvement of other member
2. Playing games with a bit of knowledge, and more on luck
3. Taking place at auctions, which can be bid different products up to 99% discount
4. The garage sale of used items or by opening ECA stores
5. Advertising ECA online stores other people, where there is a direct commission of 45% of everything that shop sold
6. Advertising of a product from the country and abroad, where if something is sold through your link, we get a certain% (currently there are about 100,000 products worldwide)
7. By means of daily raffles (where the first prize, $ 50).
