Since almost all of our PSA's joined SFI to earn, so I keep that in mind in my welcome letter to them.

There are three main parts of my tips/message in my welcome letter.

1. The different streams of income as affiliates which are:

a. Commissions from purchases of PSA, CSA and PRM.

b. Commission from the Sales of ECA.

c. Profits if they sell their own items, as they are allowed to sell either second hand or brand new items or services.

d. Share from the executive pool.

e. Payment if they recruit for SFI. (SFIPPA)

f. Rewards and prizes from many games and draws in SFI and TripleClicks.

I just make 1 sentence description of each, I just explain the details when they ask back.


2. The three success factors namely:- There fore they must concentrate on these three.

a. Finding affiliates. - all kings, PSA, CSA, PRM and ECA. - Since they are they once who can give them income.

b. Earning enough VP - to qualify for correct ranks that will match their affiliates.

c. Duplication - teaching their affilaites to do what they are doing in a and b.


3. I communicate that I am there to help in every stage of their journey in SFI.

So far this is giving me high rate of response from my new PSA.

You have put forth the most important question because much more impression of SFI depends upon this initial step.

First you need to explain introduction about SFI, e.g its back ground, its genuineness certificates in online business, its global expansion in global market and many things like BBB accreditation.

Secondly, The various options about ways to earn money or commissions sitting at home.

Thirdly paste web link of basic actions like daily to-do-list, SFI basics and launchpads, The video link for Daily task may help initially.

Fourthly, you need to explain the benefits of maintaining the EA status which qualifies you for residual income for the generations under you.

Explain the benefits of fast track and NMP which help immediately in team building.

Last but not the least, You should send your links about your email address, connections for social medias where you could be contacted round the clock on your connections like face book, twitter, skype and whichever you are using.

A welcome letter should be just that. Welcoming. You get a new affiliate, the last thing you want to do is intimidate him with so much information that he thinks SFI is more complicated than he previously thought and therefore not worth it. On the other hand, you don't want him thinking this is a place he can make easy cash.
My preference therefore is that you bid him welcome and explain to him what SFI is. Refer him to the links where he can get some information and help him manage the information piecemeal. Tell him how long the organization has been running and how that just shows it isn't a fraudulent or fake organization. Tell him how long you have been there and how far you have come. Let him know you are always reachable should he want to reach you and leave your digits, email address, etc. Now he knows he's dealing with a real person and he is encouraged.

COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION

Our best tip to new PSAs the value of communication. We cannot emphasize enough its importance. We feel so strongly about that, we include our own quotation EVERY MONTH in the Stream and have sent several weekly messages about its importance. It is included in the text of our Leadership Page and often in the body of personal messages and e-cards. In short, we try to put it in front of our team as often as possible.
We often see someone else speaking about the importance of communication but have never seen any “Tip of the Day” concerning it. And we are even more surprised SFI doesn’t stress it as often as we think it should.
We believe it is so important, we begin our first message to ALL new PSAs (even if they are from predominately English speaking countries), like this: “Hi, ~FIRSTNAME~, If you are not comfortable with English, we encourage you to become familiar with GOOGLE TRANSLATE. SFI has provided a link to it at the bottom of nearly every SFI page.
We then explain how to use it and encourage them to feel free sending us their communications in their native language and we will use it when we get their messages. We also send all personal messages to them (e-mail and e-card) in both the language they indicated in their profile AND English for the first few months and often look up the official language of their country and use that until they indicate to me they are comfortable with English.
Then we introduce ourselves and begin to try form a relationship with them.

Patience and perseverance are the most important qualities to lead a business. Any part of the world, you cannot identify our SFI like business . SFI provide a full fledged business support and we just to intent to have it . It is correct that you have to strain a lot to build your own Team and train them to become top qualified affiliates. You have to strain to develop market and promote the products of Tripleclicks . But you must feel that all of these are part and parcel of your esteemed SFI business and in near future you will be in a well occupied position with wealth and fame.
So, refresh your mind with vigour and vitality and sponsor PSAs as much as possible and promote & market Tripleclicks products. As you have already became BTL, now it is your duty to keep the status in-tact every month. Please refer following Rules and Tips and apply with your work:

Hi Hristina,

I think this is a great question and I have to admit that I have tried many approaches in my Welcome to my new PSAs. Initially my approach was to try and create team spirit but lately I tend to lean more toward some practical points in getting started.

Simple things in which I also include the link such as the To-Do list and some information on how to earn income. I include the links so that my new PSA can simply click on it to be brought to their SFI log-in screen and then to the page that I am referring to.

I begin with a warm welcome and end with an offer for assistance. I also send an individual e-mail out to each new PSA (I copy and paste the same e-mail or send a Team Mail that same day depending on what I have available for electronic device ... Team Mails are easier from my laptop then from my phone).

I hope this has helped and given you some added ideas as you formulate your plan for welcoming your new PSAs.
