CSA exchange policy can be applied prudently to those CSA who you feel are inactive and you find difficult to mentor due to either language difference or any other reason of your own. This option can harness the power in your team actively as you get new CSA in exchange from your own country that you would find easy to connect and guide.

When a CSA get a co-sponsor from similar cultural and lingual background, it may provide the required trust and give greater possibility of being active

I would say yes, as well as no. Let me start with reasons you should use the CSA Exchange program.

1) There's a language barrier. You have affiliates who have a tough time understanding English, or the message you put out in regards to SFI is lost in translation.

2) Inactive CSAs, for one. You can sponsor a whole team of affiliates, but a sizeable chunk of them don't do anything and let their accounts sit idle until they're terminated. Plenty of sponsors can definitely vouch

I think it's a 50/50% risk -
Affiliates exchange inactive CSA's in the hope to motivate the new CSA's with no language barriers, but it does not mean that all your fellow country team members will indeed become Active.
There is a great chance that they might, but you must be willing to take Risks in this business Or else you might be 'stuck' with inactive members who does not understand your motivational mails due to Language translation.

Everyone knows that the most successful

Hi Romeo,

I think that putting CSAs into the Exchange if they are not active and show no potential of being active is a great idea. Having some CSAs who speak your language is a huge advantage I think. I know that when I first joined if I received messages that were in another language, I simply ignored them. I have grown in both my practice and thinking and now I keep Google Translate open almost always but for someone just starting out there is a lot of information to learn. Not

My answer to you will be capital Yes! Why?
This is because
1. It is SFI's innovation to build their affiliates business. Not utilizing this feature is forfeiting SFI's plan for you to grow a lucrative and successful business.
2. You have an opportunity to relate better with people from your country and perhaps culture and language thereby building a team spirit of togetherness.
3. A cordial and mutual relationship can be built amidst you and new exchange CSAs thereby making them

People relate more to people that are like them - that's a fact. When you can communicate the same way as your prospects i.e. use the same jargon etc... you've then built an instant connection with your prospects (CSAs).

The truth of the matter is that if you can't build trust and credibility with your prospects, they won't trust your judgment or take your recommendations. One way to be on the road of good faith is to understand them and where they come from. That happens if you understand

YES for those CSA's that you have difficulty in communicating due to Language barrier.
- this CSA's might be more interested and may be enlightened by affiliates who live in the same country. They can converse clearly and could understand each other more.
NO for those CSA's that you have already get in touch with and are Movers.
- this CSA's have been doing good and is contributing to you. If you exchange them then you lose your precious movers.

The main reason of exchange

Of course this is a personal choice on how one would like to try to build up their own teams.

This choice is a No for me, because I think that developing a relationship with my own CSAs, even though many are from different countries, isn't worth throwing that relationship away.

Because SFI is a Worldwide company, gaining new PSAs and CSAs from other countries is a very interesting, pleasant and great experience.

Translation might always be an issue from time to time,

You have asked a good question which can be only made by you..

Go to your Genealogy Page and set your filters for not logged in the 30, 60 or 90 days.

Verify by looking at all the zero's next to members and which country they came from with no activity. These are the ones you would want to send to CSA Exchange pools now which will give you the opportunity to exchange for members from your country.

Also remember you can select any other of your members whom you have

Chances are better for your CSAs to become active when they can work with a co-sponsor that understands them. Notwithstanding, a dead horse can't be revived. Simply saying, if someone chooses not to do what is necessary to succeed in SFI changing sponsors isn't going to help either.

But, if a person is struggling to grasp the concepts of SFI because of geographic, and communication barriers then the CSA Exchange is the best thing since white bread! Why not give the CSA the best possible
