The new CSA Exchange program is one of the best changes to SFI recently, and it is already creating a positive buzz among affiliates in the SFI community.

Yes, you should take advantage of this new CSA Exchange program for growth and success.

You can now exchange all your inactive CSAs from other countries into the CSA Exchange Pool for CSAs from your own country through www.sfimg.com/fp/MyAccount/CSAExchange.

The idea is to actively harness the power of this exchange

Good day Romeo,

My response to your question above would be yes. Why?

That is solely because the major resons as to why the CSA exchange came about is to
1. Wake up inactive affiliates.
2. Increase activities and generate sales.
3. Help to build their businesses as well as improve their financial status.

Its in this regard that SFI had to match Co-sponsors to CSAs by country which from their records has shown a positive impact as CSA has increased

The easy answer is YES! Take advantage of this latest tool for SFI Affiliates.

The first thing to look at is your genealogy that is eligible for the exchange by using the filters.
I would look at those who have not logged in, in the past 90 days, then consider are these people from a country where a language barrier would prevent your personal email communications having an impact. If you answered yes for both of these reasons then I would recommend you put those CSAs into the exchange.

If

I've been thinking about the new CSA Exchange program and wondering if I should try it.

On the one hand I love the idea that I have an international team with CSAs from over 50 countries represented AND I would really like to have ACTIVE CSAs from EVERY country in the World - Wouldn't that be GREAT?

But the reality is the overwhelming majority of my CSAs are inactive - so what is the point of keeping them when nothing is happening.

AND just suppose by exchanging one

I would say it would be advantageous to everyone (yourself, the CSA & the cosponsor who receives them) because you can put inactive CSAs who do not speak your language into the Exchange, and I am sure they will be placed with someone who speaks their language.

If a CSA does not speak or read English well, it will be very much more difficult for them to learn about SFI/TC. I'm sure many CSAs (as well, probably, as PSAs) go dormant because they cannot figure out what/how to do.

If you have inactive CSAs, YES put them into the new CSA Exchange. I think it is a good step forward in getting a team. I have put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange some days ago. But there can arise also some problems. I shall mention it at the end. First I would like to say something about the advantages:

1. You will be able to communicate with them in your language;
2. It will be easier to explain the activities and possibilities with SFI and TripleClicks;
3. It will be

This is a very good question.
1. I think SFI is progress day by day after 17 years long research in marketing. CSA exchange program is a good program. From our own country people speak much confidently rather than other countries. So we must go for our own country CSA and exchange with other countries CSA.

2. Local language is a great factor in communication and conveyance people about some project. If CSAs are inactive there will be great chance to activate our own country CSAs

Practically, you have those CSAs who have shown no activity so far and those who are already working with you. From this concept, you may put your inactive CSAs in the CSA Exchange program while of course retaining in your team those Worker-CSAs.

The reason why SFI has come up with this program is it has been observed that there have been increased activities from CSAs who are “at home” in terms of “better communications and compatibility in relation to language, culture, etc”.

I believe that the new CSA Exchange is a quite a good innovation and you should put some of your CSAs in it.

The focus is to encourage those inactive CSAs to become active and also those CSAs that log in now and then to become more committed to SFI.

Put simply, you select and place your inactive CSAs from countries other than yours in the pool and they are exchanged with CSAs from your country who other co sponsors have put in the pool. Those CSAs will of course also be inactive,

Thanks for this question.

Advantages of Putting your CSAs in to the new CSA Exchange:

1. You will be able to have CSAs of your own Country;
2. You will be able to communicate with them in your Language;
3. Meeting them personally at regular intervals;
4. Using telephone facilities often to stay in touch will be cheaper;
5. More chances of having them participate if you organize "Affiliates Meetings";
6. Huge possibility of Creating good understanding
