In my opinion, the best way to do this are:

1:- When they sign up be sure their email is active and contact them with a welcome message immediately.

2:- Make use of the genealogy filter weekly to commend, encourage and guide them.

3:- At least twice in a week you must contact them via their mail and sfimg.

4:- Be sure to read SFI awesome sponsor package and duplication rules and be sure to follow these.

Above all setting up proper communication

From the many ways that SFI provides us in order to effectively interact with our affiliates, I would recommend PSA mailer, SFI Instant Messaging chat and e-cards messages.

PSA mailer reaches all of your PSAs at once, and it can be used as a general form of welcoming them on board. You can introduce yourself and show them the first steps plan to build a succesful business on this platform.

SFIM chat is great: I always check in my genealogy, using "last login" filter,

With my team, I use simple language and I always spell out abbreviations so they can get an idea of what I am talking about if I repeat something in a paragraph. For example, VersaPoints, (VP). I make it clear that the easiest way to reach me is if they send a Team Mail or I just say through SFI messages.

If they are local or at least in your country, you might exchange phone numbers for calling, texting or even instant messaging. You can remind them of your email and tell them a heading

People access the internet in different ways and these can affect the methods of communication available/effective. I personally like to use SFIIM but some of my PSAs seem to have a problem with that. My second best way of real-time communicating is by Facebook messenger but the differing world time-zones can cause difficulties in that. A standby method of communication is with team mail and/or message cards.

The way of setting it up is something that generally evolves instead of something

Hi Sameer,

generally I send a welcome card to all my new PSA's.

I insert a text like:

"As your sponsor, I'm here to help you with any questions you might have,
I'll do my best to support you in any way I can. One of the most important
things I do is help develope future leaders in my group.

In our work what is important is teamwork.

So don't hesitate to contact me for whatever assistance you might need !

With new PSA recruits, it is important to send communication as soon as possible to introduce yourself and to be sure that he or she has a way to contact you to inquire about how SFI works and possible sharing of tips or hints about how SFI can be used to achieve their goals/dreams.

Use of the SFI inbox to communicate with PSA's is a great way to keep track of your efforts for communication. Use of the Team Mailer to send a group message to PSA's is another great way to connect with PSA's.

One of the things i've gotten to know and understand in SFI through time, persistent and hardwork too is that every person has his or her work to do to succeed for themselves whether they are in SFI or not.

Whether they are called CSAs, PSAs or whatever, they are all human beings and as such must be ready to face the reality of success and have his or her experience with it.
I never give any of my affiliates the impression that i am the success they are looking for. What i do is that

I would recommend that you, first, send your new PSA a welcome card letting him/her know who you are and that you are looking forward to working with them. Make sure to let them know how to contact you if they need guidance.

Second, your new PSA's 1st month can be daunting to some. Make sure to break down the tasks that need to be completed in a very easy to understand way.

Third, watch your PSA. When they are doing well, let them know. When they ask for guidance, provide

The principal benefit from the communication set up with you new PSA is synergy.
I mean, you are sharing knowledge by giving right information to your PSA, but they are also sharing information with you, -cause they also have real life, real wants and needs.

Your common experience and different strategies might lead to the win-loose/ quit -quit / or to win-win situation.Your objectives are very similar, but your paths to get them can be different and that can be really frustrating..

I suggest you to use your PSA Mailer located in homepage tab of your sfi page. But most effective ways is to whitelist them on your email address for easy communication and discussion for your SFI daily tasks. Whitelisting is very important for an active PSA in you to monitor him and make a "WAKE UP CALL" if he is not online for a week. This set up has been given by SFI Marketing for a better communication for your affiliates under you.

In addition, do not forget also to whitelist
