Hello Sebabstin
This is a good question. At first we have to rely on our sponser heartly. Each and every time we should connect with our sponsor and follow his valuable advice.A sponsor always want that his down line must go ahead and improve. Apart from that there are so many people guiding us and there is also the support index team. But we have to learn first the basics of SFI. First learning then start to work.
Gaining maximum support from your sponsor / upline should access, which will have to be positioned to receive support and your sponsor will be ready and willing to give you adequate support. It also means that should encourage members of their sponsor and upline to provide assistance and support, in order to prepare for both mutual cooperation and coordination.
This a good question if you want to build a successful SFI business first you need to relay on your sponsor by contacting him/her and get advice from him/her because in SFI there are allot of information will make you confused and by contacting your sponsor you will get the write way on dealing with all the information due to your sponsor had made mistakes which you can avoid by listening to his/her advice and may be will help you T credits gift or money gift certificate so your sponsor is always there to help you

good question to present personal experience must first rely on yourself not all the sponsors can help many do not stimulate propi affiliates to move forward on that this may result in discomfort for the team every day each of us to learn something from one another which is good sign of humility and common sense that can only do good for you and the next
Good question, but I think it depends on the type of sponsor you have. Let me explain. If your sponsor writes you an email when you first sign up to the business and you respond to his/her email and they are there to offer help and support then the best thing to do is to take that help. Do not be scared to ask questions as in the early going SFI might seem a bit confusing to new Affiliates.
Now if that sponsor doesn't contact you try to contact him/her to let them know you need help and the same goes to your Cosponsor. There is a learning curve here at SFi and we all learn and apply what you have to learn, but the main issues still remain at hand, affiliates become inactive because they feel it is too much, this is where your sponsor is supposed to be around and guide you to areas and make it a little easier to comprehend.
I would say your sponsor is a very important asset to a new affiliate, because if they are around and in communication with their affiliates no matter the language this will be a great help not only to that sponsor but the affiliate as well. Sponsor + Affiliate = Communicable Relationship
Communicable Relationship + Team = Growth
Growth turns into success if that growth is duplicated by that affiliate to his/her team and that is the path to success.

If you want to build a successful business, you will be advised not to rely on your sponsor. Your sponsor can only support you. S/he can give you some important tips to boost your business.
You are absolutely responsible to make your dream come true through our great SFI business.
Ask your sponsor essential questions and let him/her guide you and try to follow their foot steps as he/she has experience as to how SFI business is structured.
But remember, the better you do, the more chance you have to call your sponsor attention. People like to give you total support when they observe that you are improving without depending on them.
Follow your sponsor advise and tips but do 90% of the job yourself.

To build a successful SFI business, I do not think that it is necessary to rely very much on your Sponsor because there are many ways to learn on your own using SFI's training materials and many other available resources on the SFI Website.
When you have an important question or need some advise you can ask your Sponsor. Of course, if your Sponsor is not available at that time or if your Sponsor in generally inactive, you can go to the Forum, an a2a Friend, or another Upline Team Member for the information you need.
It is definitely a plus if your Sponsor is active and involved in helping you to build your business, but you must learn and grow independently also so that your business will thrive even when your Sponsor's support is not readily available.
I know that many highly successful Team Leaders have built their SFI business with very little support from their Sponsors or with no support at all! It can be done, and the SFI program is designed so that a person can become extremely successful with or without the support of their Sponsor!

From my personal experience, I was introduced to SFI via the search engine on the Internet, and I consider myself one of the more fortunate ones to be placed under a Sponsor who initially took good care of me like a 'mother hen' although he slowly 'phased' himself out of the picture once he knew that I had learnt enough to handle things on my own! He is always there for me until now if I need to ask him some questions. We all must understand that being a Sponsor is only part of his duty and he has to take care of his own business & other downlines like me. So we must try to help ourselves as much as possible by reading the Forum for knowledge and information, do the revision of the LaunchPad.Be a Leader who is a Reader! After all this is your own business and it is up to us to hold ourselves accountable for whatever happens, success or failure, we cannot blame anyone else but ourselves. I know that I may be shooting myself in the foot when I say that out of 1,000 who join, only one will make it to the top of the hill and become a DTL according to one of my uplines. If we can work very hard as an employee, why not put in double or treble the effort as the Boss of your own business?

If you can rely on your sponsor to provide you timely guidance, then you are fortunate. Not all sponsors will provide guidance or praise to their downline. Some sponsors may not even communicate.
In the end, it is going to be your perseverance and commitment that is going to make you successful.
If you are fortunate enough to have an active sponsor who communicates with his/her downline, that is awesome. Ask your questions of the sponsor until you have exhausted all of their knowledge. If your sponsor is an inactive one, as far as communication is concerned, then use the tools within SFI to help yourself become successful. IE: SFI Forum, Ask SC, a2a Friends, the newsletters and so on.
