I firmly believe that the the most important thing we can do to make SFI attractive is to be attractive ourselves. I don't mean sprucing up or anything in the physical sense. Instead, I mean we have to continually display our better sides.

Aristotle said, "In the arena of human life, the honors and rewards fall to those who show their good qualities." I suggest that what this means is if you can project your faith and devotion to SFI to your subordinate affiliates, that they will naturally be more drawn to it too.

The question here specifically note that this is what we do that doesn't rely on SFI management. But I'm afraid that is impossible because SFI management and most especially Sir Gery Carson has set the stage and established the protocols that allow us to work most effectively.

Even now with the new Wave 3 SFI management has given us a new venue and a set of quality tools to make SFI even more attractive again to new affiliates. We as sponsors simply have to help to make these tools work for our down lines and for ourselves. We can do this efficiently and effectively by steering the new affiliate and offering training as to the usage of the props and sets.

I really have to say a quick something about the Wave 3 program though and how it will be great all around. Think of the W3 like Johny Appleseed with his planting bag. The PRM's you get right now are like the apple trees that grow from Johnny's initial planting. But those trees will grow to produce fruits too. And the seeds from those trees, that drop to the ground, or are carried by birds to other fertile fields will grow too. And so on and so on.

So in fact, it all comes back in the final analysis to what Aristotle said so many years ago. Treat people right, treat yourself with respect and watch the fruits of your efforts and good nature take root and sprout.

For starters, I think I'd understand your question better if it said "What can WE do to make SFI more attractive to new affiliates (without relying on our affiliates to make the best use of everything that SFI management offers them)?"

SFI management does an excellent job of providing SFI members with pages of easy-to-understand information, lessons, marketing aids, free ways to earn VersaPoints, and more, as well as helpful newsletters and notifications that arrive in our email inbox or that we can access in our SFI messages. We can advise that our new affiliates take note of all this, but can't force them to.

That said, however, and as long as it is first approved by, or already permitted, by SFI management, there are several things we can do to make SFI more attractive to new affiliates.

When you say "new affiliates" I'm not sure if you are referring to those who may join SFI or to those who have just joined SFI.

A. Those Who May Join SFI

- If we know of an amazing web designer, have them design an exceptionally good-looking website for you. We'd place the SFI ad banners on the site, write (or have written for us) excellent articles about SFI, or topics of a general nature about self-employment opportunities and related topics. Think of a picture in a frame. The picture may be excellent, but if we've made a bad choice when selecting the frame for the picture, the frame may detract from the beauty of the picture. whereas a stylish or appropriate frame may provide a better overall visual presentation. An exceptionally good-looking website that we are using for marketing SFI may make an already-excellent opportunity look even better.

- As a Silver Team Leader we can design our own ads and promotions, and can submit them to SFI management for approval. Maybe we have a creative streak and can design a really attractive ad banner or splash page, or maybe we know of an outstanding graphic designer who can.

B. Those Who Have Just Joined SFI

- We can help reduce how many new affiliates feel so overwhelmed at all the SFI information available to them, by getting them to focus on information we provide to them - perhaps bite-sized and really detailed steps to follow, that we have written ourselves. We could send them steps to follow for 3 to 5 or even 7 days, and once they're done with that, we could send them steps to follow for the next 3 to 7 days.

- We can create and provide a list of free ways to earn VersaPoints, even with step-by-step instructions for each method. Many new affiliates join SFI because they want to make money, not spend money. It is possible to do this, so we can stress that they can, and we can tell them how to do it.

- We can give them the link to the Earnings Calculator

- We can lead by example. If we have not yet done enough marketing or supporting to help ensure a better rank for ourselves, or have not yet bought things to help us advance our rank, we could have at least worked on increasing the number of badges we have, or on the quality of our badges

- We can stress that we're always ready to assist them with any questions they may have, so that at no time will they feel confused, alone, or unsupported for very long

- We can transfer a TCredit or two to them soon after they've signed up, and we can reassign another new affiliate or two to them, or we can at least tell them we will as soon as they have completed a specific task or specific tasks that we want them to first do

Conclusion:
By simply making the best use of everything SFI offers us, ourselves, we are automatically making SFI more attractive to new affiliates.

What can we do to make SFI more attractive to new affiliates ( without relying on SFI management)? I like this question because it is something that I have given a lot of thought to this. I 'ii begin with what attracts me about SFI the most. I am most attractive to SFI when I can read a life story of what brought someone to SFI. Telling ones story bring life, I feel like I am talking or listening to a real person just next door, they become alive in the telling. I am encouraged when there are clear example of what worked for the individual. Many time in the telling of their experience and what worked for them is an incentive for me to explore other options that I might noT have thought of. Some time it is a quota from some person like Wayne Dyer or N. Hill. Also reading the forum are a great way to get tips and idea for moving forward with building your business because these are most often people who have had trial and errors in building their business. I like sharing my personal story of what brought me to SFI, because in being a sponsor or co-op sponsor, I want to build a relationship of tust of someone the person can call upon at anytime and if they are having difficulty finding what they need, I will join them in their research to find it. Often time, a new affiliate just need to be reminded to do the basic and not get overwhelmed by trying to jump ahead.

Making any business attractive to prospective buyers depends a lot on the marketing and advertising skills or prowess of the business owner, so as the CEO of your SFI business, you need to develop a robust marketing and advertising skill first.

Secondly, the one who want to sell a product must be a user of that same product, so let the prospects see that you are using and benefiting from what you are advertising to them since this will in no small measure convince them.

Lastly, the more innovative we are the more we are able to sell our products, so to attract more new affiliates, think proactively and dare to be innovative.

You see, if you advertise your business well to the entire world, you will get unparalleled exposure in the short run. Eventually in the long run, these legions of exposures can make some of the people who see your adverts to patronize you.

Secondly, if you promote your website (if you have one), or your URL (if you're just an Affiliate member), very well on the world wide web, you will get increased exposures to your website or URL, and from those series of exposures, you can get some fraction of sign-ups for your business.

In summary, this is how you can make your SFI business to be attractive to new affiliates without necessarily relying on SFI Management.

I would like to build my answer to this question from the phrase " to make SFI more attractive to new affiliates". This so because the text inside the parenthesis should not have been included. Why?

"Rely" means 2 ways according to the Oxford Dictionary:
1. "depend on with full trust or confidence"; and
2. "be dependent on".

Therefore, it is just practical that we rely on SFI's strategies on how to attract new affiliates. The years of experience, trial and errors and the final outcomes that have been integrated in the SFI business system are more than enough reasons for us to "depend on" the SFI business system "with full trust or confidence". And to top it all, upon signing up, one gets into the system with enough support and training facilities with which to rely on.

Now, recently, there is this TCredit Welcomes (TW) and the latest additional Welcome Cash (WC). These are, in my opinion, very powerful attractions. As explained in each of these features, new affiliates will have deeper involvement in their respective accounts due to the immediate availment of the TCredits or the cash offering. These are new examples of SFI Management planning and initiative.

Finally, the numerous marketing methods and aids, the very helpful Ask SC and Forum, LAUNCHPAD and SFI BASICS are all proofs of the reliably strong and credible SFI business system. I therefore conclude that a person who signs up and not see all these is a loser in the first place. For us who now work with passion and commitment in our respective SFI businesses, we have already won the battle against ignorance and doubts, and the ladder to the top is excitingly becoming shorter with each new improvement in the SFI business system.

Highlight the fact that they can sell their surplus items or unused presents or craftwork through their own website on the SFI site.

They do not have to pay to promote their goods. Once an item is sold, a percentage is taken out of their sales as commission.

They can also sell goods online if they already have a shop as an ECA.

All this can be done in the comfort of their home and without spending any money.

I think the affiliates can assess this option better as most of them are used to sites such as Ebay and Gumtree and understand that concept better.

I think this question is not so hard to give answer. As SFI is totally automatic. Every questions and answers are there on this website. 15 million members already joined here and number is growing day by day. It is enough to give an example of the strength of SFI. I think gift cards are the only solutions to attract new affiliates.
We are all here to earn money. If new affiliates do not get any immediate benefit from this SFI they will disappear after sign up. So we must hold them for long time we must tell them about to active taking part in this program we sponsors can give them give them free Tcredits and free gift certificates .Money catches money I believe this is the only way to attract new affiliates.

Given that many new affiliates tend to get a feeling of being overloaded with information, probably the best thing that we can do to make SFI more attractive to new affiliates is to organize our own learning processes into some sort of concise "training manual" for our new affiliates so that we know what information we need to pass on. Creating your own SFI journal or blog can provide insight on what you do in terms of marketing and promotion, and then you can edit it so that you have useful information for your PSAs and CSAs. In that way, we can make the duplication process easier.
