Online recruiting can reach many people simultaneously in different countries.

To be effective, this method requires regular recruitment work and patience.

In addition, people who sign up after an online recruiting campaign are people who are looking for a similar business to ours.
It is likely that these people have the skills it takes to do the business.


Offline marketing can be effective, but it is very limited geographically.

Note that the people we can aim by our offline recruitment campaign are not excluded from our online recruitment campaign.

From every point of view and knowing the global ambitions of Strong Future INTERNATIONAL Marketing Group (SFI) and TripleClicks, I think that online recriuting is best than offline recruiting.

I would have to say BOTH!

Online recruiting gives you a wider audience, for sure. If you're lucky, you will find a few great PSAs there.

On the other hand, offline recruiting gives you the opportunity to choose your team carefully! Remember that you don't need hundreds of PSAs in order to make a great team. You just need a few carefully selected individuals. One of the most important rules of success says "Work With Workers"! So if you prefer quality to quantity, try being a great team leader to people you know. You can arrange team meetings, get to really know those people, because, in my opinion, no internet tool can ever overpower the face-to-face communication.

In my own point of view, either offline or online recruiting has its own best use depending on the ability and perspective of the recruiter.

Offline is best for people who possess good communication skils and have the charisma of encouraging prospects.

Online is best for people who have the expertise in the internet marketing system, the ability to use internet applications and technical-know-how while conversing with your prospects.

But the bottomline is, either of them, the recruiter must have the knowledge of the SFI business in order to convince prospects.

I would say they both have their merits depending on what you are searching for. If what u want is volume from across the world, then online is your best bet. This is fishing with a wide net. You may be lucky to catch a few dedicated PSA's.

On the other hand, offline recruiting allows you to choose your team carefully from people who are familiar with you usually friends and family. They are the ones that you feel most comfortable with and can discuss any aspect of your business with. Here, you are fishing with hook & bait. However, a big fish or two more than makes up for it.

Remember though that what you need isn't really quantity as much as quality.

Offline and online has its advantages and disadvantages. My recommendation is to use both methods for recruiting new members.Offline you can create your own business cards and flyers and leave them in various places, you can put an ad in a magazine, you can advertise your business on television or radio.
Online, you can use social network sites to advertise, you can place your link in various forums.
For this reason, I recommend you to try both ways and see which gives you better results.

Your offline recruiting will cover your surrounding areas for example friends and relatives that do not stay under the same roof as you and would have to use the same internet line to work their SFI business. Your online recruiting you would advertise on websites that advertise home business opportunities.
There are many websites that do this. Their are paid advertising and free advertising both of them work. Just remember to have a key-code with each of your adds so that you can keep track of the adds that are working best for you and work on those that are doing so great.

So both ways is beneficial for your SFI business.

Offline Recruiting could stand first because you are getting the chances to talk to the people face to face more often. A face to face conversation is more effective and powerful instead of writing. When you recruit people offline they must be your local people and you can get an idea, a clear picture of their intention to converse with them. It bring a great chance to convince, teach, motivate and to be satisfied them perfectly to join SFI

You can also contact them over mobile phone more frequently to share ideas, tips, quick taken actions as they are your local peoples

But in case of Online Recruiting – you have to depend only upon your constructive writing to convince people to join SFI. I think – chat, phone, skype aren’t enough to convince or motivate peoples accurately
