Hello Olufolake, the best way to teach your down line to build their own downline is to
to go PRACTICAL with them. Teach them the following strategies:
A. Getting Started Help.
First thing is to teach them how to get their downlines to start and where to go.
Login at their SFI home page, click on the Hotspots menu, then click on VPLedger.
This is where they can quickly become an EA. How? They need to do all the things on the VPLedger.
Executive Affiliate (EA) requires 1500 VP. A successful completion of all tasks in the VPLedger
guarantees you EA status in the first month.
B. They should Advise on Getting New Member Pack (NMP).
Talk to your downlines on how to introduce the NMP to their downlines. How it is a timely decision if they join SFI now:
- They will get 50 Tcredits
- 200 MRP
- 10 Eager Zebra Express Tokens
- 30 FREE entries in the TC daily grand drawing.
- 5 FREE MRP upon purchase.
- Fast-Track Bonus Shares (For every 100 VP you earn, you’ll earn 10 additional bonus share of the Executive Pool for a lifetime )
- Exclusive Fast-Track Member badge for your home page
- His/her name and photo added to our Fast-Track Wall of Fame
- Exclusive Fast-Track Member Lapel Pin (after three months of Fast-Track qualification)
- Fast-Track Member certificate etc;
- Actual cost is $61.90, but as new TC member they can get it for just $20; saving $41.90.
- Let them know they can take advantage of the offer its just for 10 days after joining SFI.
C. Introduce them to Business Building Ventures.
- Getting S-Builder as a co-op, they can reduce advertising cost for their business.
- Place S-Builder on standing order (S.O) so they can ensure a spot on the co-op each month.
- Their team success is their success, they should invite all their team members to be part of your S-Builder co-op.
- Give reasonable reward to their affiliates for milestone achievements using S-Builder co-op PSA assignment:
1) They maintain the rank of EA for 3 months and get 2 PSAs extra.
2) They raise a team leader for 3 months and get 2 PSAs extra for each team leader.
3) They become a team leader themselves for 3 months and get 5 PSAs etc
- Lastly, engage the use of sound keycodes in dispersing co-op sign-ups to your affiliate,
misplacement of keycode will bring a lot of problems later.
D. Using SFI Affiliate Manager Tool.
1. SFI is a type of business you need support from people who are ahead of you, if you must succeed.
As a result you are to provide support essentially in all areas of SFI business to your new downlines.
2. Communication details: email, phone numbers etc are available on the contact tab.
As sponsor they will have to communicate with their PSAs just signed-in; so they can give them
immediate information and welcome them into the business.
3. SFI made provision for standard checklist of what you should do to assist your PSAs. Some of this include:
- Contact, introduced, and briefly described their background, goals etc.
- They should add their PSAs to their newsletter mailing list
- Offered general assistance to their PSAs on setting up his business, answering questions, providing direction, etc.
- Provide your contact information (e-mail, phone number, IM address, Skype number, etc.
4. Monitor the activities of your PSAs.
Follow-up on the progress of your PSAs and contact them with appropriate feed backs:
- Alway appreciate the effort of each of your team members e.g for being consistent every month;
- Congratulates anyone of them that WINs in any contest e.g E365, Daily Grand, T-Time, Knock Out Trivia etc.
- Always look at your PSAs and CSAs VPLedger page and tell them what they can do to improve themselves;
- Emphasize always on the use of training materials at the SFi homepage for better understanding of the business.
5. Encourage your PSAs to always communicate with you and other upline leaders incase of difficulties:
Mostly, many PSAs do not know who to talk to their uplines when they join SFI newly.
E. They should Apply Sound Business Strategies.
1. Reassign consistent and always active PSAs to help build their team.
2. Check the number of EA PSAs you have before reassignment, if few consider not to reassign.
3. Since an affiliate can be reassigned only once, be convinced of your action; so you don't lose your benefits.
4. Use the WIN-WIN approach; For every affiliate you sponsor this month, I'll match it.
5. Another strategy is to use the reassignment tool as an incentive for your PSAs to achieve success.
6. Organize Team Leaders and put EAs under them. Develop Team Leaders who will be making profit, and therefore tend to remain active.
7. Compensation plan for your PSAs. If they sponsor their first affiliate you reward them with two extra for example.
8. Reward every milestone achieved by your PSAs. e.g become Team Leader, and get two PSAs FREE etc.
F. Special Advisory Role.
1. Use the movers tab to help you play direct advisory role on your most active affiliates.
2. It is a veritable tool that takes the problem of page loading off you; use it to your advantage.
3. Use the tab to identify specific view or category of affiliates for critical performance appraisal e.g newest sign ups, currently online etc.
4. Use the tab to access each affiliates details like country and power rank, reassign affilaite from the same country for language coherence.
5. Through the movers tab you can access the VPledger of any active affiliate, and suggest what he/she can do to improve.
6. Know who is active and inactive, use the tab to identify who to motivate for greater effort.
7. Based on VP earned, some of your affiliates may need encouragement; use the movers tab to find out and contact them.
8. Monitor the status of each of your affiliate for appraisal of their performance.
9. It brings into view affiliates that has been off the scene for a long time, so ensure you contact him/her and give word of encouragement.
G. Continuous Communication.
1. Sending supportive emails is essential.
2. Carefully select your words to be in form of advice rather than criticizing.
3. Use inclusive words like "we", "our", "all of us" etc. in your email.
4. Appreciate the affiliate's contribution before mentioning what he or she should improve upon (if any).
5. Always share your past experiences in related or similar situation and how you survived it.
6. If using email; let your mail content be formal instead of informal.
7. Lead by example, ensure you have done what you want your PSAs and/or CSAs to do.
8. Hash words should NEVER proceed from your mouth to your team members at any time.
9. Let them know you are willing to help them achieve success as your team members.
10 .Ensure your leadership page and blog are up-to-date;direct them to your blog and Leadership page in every correspondence.
Wishing you Best of Business.
