This is a tricky question because there are some sponsors who do not support their downline no matter what we do. However, as an active sponsor, this is what I look for in a PSA who needs my help:

If my PSA shows up on the mover's list, logs in on a regular basis and gains VPs, I take note that this is an affiliate I should follow closely to make sure he/she keeps going. I also love it when I am contacted with questions. No matter how big or small the question may be, the fact that I was asked shows me that I have a PSA who understands that communication is important.

Once I see an active PSA, I do what I can to support that person. That being said, there are limits to what I can do because I am not in the position to do the work for my PSAs. Overall, show up for "work" by remaining active and reach out to your upline through asking questions, and you will increase your chances of receiving maximum support.

You have to stand on your own legs. The sponsor and the co-sponsor will guide you to a certain extent after that they themselves do not know what to do ? The best way to gain your Upline's maximum support is to get close knowing and working with them.

Allow me to play a 'Dream' scene...

Imagine everyone including you are together in a ship. To stay alive afloat on the middle of the sea, we do have to work together cooperating, for one mission, for one journey.

As a beginner, we may not good in swimming, or if we do, this swim will be terrible, and might get lost without proper direction.

So come back to SFI, having those history badges, our uplines has gone through hard times finding solutions for the whole inmates in the ship, and if they have completed their monthly journey and achieved their goals, I can't think of more possible ways rather than duplicating their success.

Unless we have a better solution, but of course, still have to undergo trial and error..

So work well with our uplines and sponsor, and conduct good communication while learning more on their Tips and Tricks to stay survive on the line..

things that teach the most gurus are fine. Take a cue from them, but the basic structure and working system learn it especially by the leaders of your business, from your upline, who has results. You can also listen to advice from other networkers of different companies because basically the network marketing is always network marketing.

It may be better to listen to those who network in another company who does not own, but people have to follow the leader of your company. If you do what they do, you can have their results. If you invent something different or who does not listen to that activity probably it will not help to get results, but to create more confusion.

If you add new things to the system of your company, things that are not easily duplicated, instead of growing slows down the growth of your group. Phenomena not be used, because the phenomena are not duplicated. These are the tips that get results. I know it is often not easy to listen to them because of their egos. I for one, I was one of many who did not want to listen, thinking they are smarter than me, but when pocket does not agree you have to be humble and accept them.

So for maximum support from your upline you just have to follow their advice, nothing more.

First, know who are my Upline by going into My Account and click My Upline. I can see a list of 7 affiliates including a co-sponsor arranged by rank.

My immediate sponsor who brought me into SFI is most responsible for providing leadership and assistance to me. He is a friend and a mentor. As my mentor, he should give friendly guidance and support in a timely manner, one-on-one relationship.

They can be contacted through personal emails, SFI Support -Contact Your Sponsor/Upline, and Leadership Page.

To gain maximum support both side must give full co-operation to each other in a win-win situation.
First, I must ensure that I make good progress by doing the necessary tasks to earn vps, to maintain my rank or move up the ladder, participate actively in the business through sponsoring and duplication. Work diligently to achieve success. Not to please my Upline but to build up my own business.
Frequently keep in touch with my upline, especially with my immediate sponsor to answer any doubt and provide information that help me in my SFI business. Be frank to ask for assistance if really needed. I will tell him that what good decisions made also benefiting him also.

As my Upline, they should have more experience and understanding of SFI business and it's their responsibility to share that experience to their downline. This is where the team members can benefit and adopt good and successful strategies. They should not think of getting every cent to help their downline but provide friendly services that can motivate them.

With 'give and take' approach, myself and other team members will work together to achieve our common goals and to be successful in SFI business.

First and foremost build a relation between you and your upline.
Be an open book because only then your upline can be able to read and write on the book.
Be open and willing to learn as this is a person who has more experience than you do, has made mistakes corrected them and has become successful upon implementation of the lessons learnt from their mistakes.

A strong business relation will help ease tension between both of you making communication most effective and productive thus creating a strong bond that strengthens how you will handle your own personally sponsored affiliates (PSA’s) and all affiliates joining your business in general.

Fear not to ask any question since its one of the best ways to learn from experienced upline enabling you build a strong business. The more the questions you ask the better platform for learning new things that prove difficult to understand.

To run the SFI business you should first understand the SFI BASICS (https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics) and the LAUNCHPAD lessons (https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad/), but the most important thing you should know that keep SFI grows for over 17 years until now is The Rule of Success by Gery Carson himself.

Below I create a summary of The Rule of Success++ for your guidance, hopefully useful.

Rule #1. Treat your SFI business as a serious, full-time business, put in the effort and commit to its success, it will become a serious, full-time business.

Rule #2. DO something to grow your business EVERY DAY.

Rule #3. Lead By Example. If you want your affiliates sponsoring affiliates, referring TC members, etc., then make sure YOU are are doing these things.

Rule #4. Work with the workers. Keep sponsoring affiliates, work with your workers, and success will happen.

Rule #5. Treat TripleClicks as YOUR store. Hence, when you buy products and services for yourself or others, you always need to shop your own store (TripleClicks) first. Of course you would love to add a direct commission to your paychecks by referring customers to your store.

Rule #6. YOU succeed only if THEY succeed. Start by opening up good lines of communication with all your affiliates, you build relationships with your affiliates (very important!) and you can teach your affiliates how to succeed in SFI.

Rule #7. YOU make it happen, no one else can make you successful. It's all up to you. YOU are the "master of your destiny" and responsible for your own success. Period.

Rule #8. Leaders are readers. Everything you need for your better future and success has already been written. Go out and get it...and read it. It's one of the easiest ways to climb the ladder of success.

However, that is just a little bit sarcastic. I'm sure there are good sponsors here - but they are just as difficult to find as good affiliates!
But if you make sure that you keep up with your daily actions, earn as many points as you can, stay in the 365 Championship, ask questions, maintain your rank...then eventually someone in your upline will notice your hard work.
I wish you all the best, because upline support is vital to maintaining a good team and therefore, a good income, yet many affiliates complain that they get very little support.
But - be outstanding - and you WILL get help! And you must ask for help. If you need support, then ask. And ask again. And again, until you get the help you need!

Ask your upline every now and then how to go about building your business, what needs to be changed to bring in sign-ups, etc. Even when you know exactly what to do to grow your business, still don't be afraid to ask questions. Your upline won't take you by the hand and guide you as a parent would guide her offspring, but rest assured that you'll get every drop of support from them.

The mission of each upline is to instruct their members as good as possible in SFI business. If you follow his advice and work hard each passing day, he will have a greater desire to help you progress in your business.

Show your interest in this business by doing daily your tasks, learning and being more worthy. Even if the progress of your sponsor depends on you in some way, he will lose the will to help you if you do not cooperate.
