What is the best way to start building your SFI team?
Personally i work on myself first, that is, equiping myself with knowledge from the sfi page and what others have asked and gotten helpful feedback. This way am sure that i can handle any question directed to me by my downlines.
Secondly, have a plan of how you want your team to be and what is required to make the plan successful and bear fruits.
Once, the plan i clear in my mind now i can begin to share it with my downlines to get potential team members. Note: Not all downlines will heed to the plan do not be discouraged. Keep the spirit high as in this business the more the rejections the better net worker you become giving you more results.
